Depresijas sociālie aspekti

Abstract

Šajā darbā noskaidroju un izklāstīju depresijas sociālos aspektus. Šī darba mērķis bija izpētīt depresijas pastāvēšanu mijiedarbībā ar sabiedrību un ietekmi uz to, kā arī depresijas psihiatriskās ārstēšanas prakses. Tā īstenošanai tika analizēta teorētiskā literatūra (Fuko, Saža, Rouza darbi), dokumenti un statistikas dati, veiktas intervijas ar depresijas slimniekiem un psihiatriem. Darbā galvenās aplūkotās tēmas ir depresijas izpratne, tās patogēnie faktori, psihiatru un pacientu attiecības, neiroķīmiskā patība, depresijas saistība ar pašnāvību, depresijas ietekme uz sociālo dzīvi un sociālās dzīves ietekme uz depresiju.

In this Bachelor thesis I have ascertained and layed out the social aspects of depression. The objective of this paper was to research the existence of depression in interaction with society and the impact on it, and the psychiatric treatment of it. The implementation was the analysis of the theoretical literature (the works of Foucault, Szasz, Rose), documents and statistical data, and interviewing depressed patients and psychiatrists. The main topics at issue are the understanding of depression, pathogenic factors, relations of psychiatrists and patients, neurochemical self, the linkage of depression associated and suicide, the impact of depression on social life and the impact of social life on depression.
