ASV un Ķīnas savstarpējā politiskā un ekonomiskā atkarība 21.gs. (2001.-2011./2012.)

Abstract

Tēma par ASV un Ķīnas savstarpējo ekonomisko un politisko atkarību 21.gs. ir aktuāla, jo abas valstis ir gan konkurējoši spēki, gan arī partneri visā pasaulē. Darba mērķis ir salīdzināt ASV un Ķīnas svarīgākos politiskos un ekonomiskos notikumus pēdējo 10 gadu laikā, izprast galvenos konflikta cēloņus, kā arī noskaidrot, kā politisks lēmums vienā valstī ietekmē situāciju un tālāku lēmumu veikšanu otrā valstī. Tā kā abas valstis ir ļoti cieši saistītas ekonomiski un politiski, darbā tiek izvirzītas vairākas hipotēzes par ASV un Ķīnas savstarpējās ekonomiskās atkarības pakāpes pieaugumu un abpusējo politisko konfliktu skaita palielināšanos, samazināšanos vai neitrālu ietekmi starp abiem mainīgajiem. Tiek izdarīti secinājumi, ka savstarpējā atkarība starp abām valstīm ir ļoti liela, kas gan uzlabo, gan pasliktina abu pušu attiecības.

The theme on interdependence between USA and China in the 21st Century is important, because both countries are both competing forces and partners throughout the world. The aim of work is to compare the U.S. and China on key political and economic events of the past 10 years, to understand the main causes of the conflict, and to clarify how political decisions in one country affect the situation and the further decisions in the other state. Since both countries are very closely linked economically and politically, the author of the work proposes several hypotheses on the U.S.-China interdependence increasement and consequently, an increase, decrease or a neutral effect on the number of mutual political conflicts. It is concluded that there is a large degree of interdependence, and it improves and worsens the relationship at the same time.
