Skolotāju tarifikācijas datu bāze

Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darba mērķis ir esošās Skolotāju tarifikācijas sistēmas vietā izstrādāt jaunu. Iepriekšējā sistēma ir nokalpojusi jau 8 gadus un ir balstīta uz Microsoft Access programmatūru. Izstrādājot jauno sistēmu, tā tiks balstīta uz tīmekļa programmatūras tehnoloģijām, izmantojot tādas valodas kā php, myslq, Jquery un noformējumam jeb dizainam maketēšanas valodas HTML un CSS. Izstrādātā sistēma ir paredzēta Profesionālās izglītības kompetences centra Rīgas Valsts tehnikuma skolotājiem. Katrs no skolotājiem varēs apskatīt savu pedagoga slodzes lapu. Skolotāju tarifikācijas sistēma būs integrēta ar pārējām PIKC RVT sistēmām. Tādā veidā tiks nodrošināts tas, ka skolotājiem nevajadzēs atcerēties vairākas paroles un lietotājvārdus, bet pietiks ar vienu, kuru viņi varēs izmantot gan PIKC RVT e-pastu atvēršanai, gan e-rvt.lv piekļuvei, gan Skolotāju tarifikācijas datu bāzes sistēmas pieslēgšanai. Skolotāju tarifikācijas datu bāze balstās uz Ministru kabineta un Izglītības un zinātnes ministrijas noteikumiem: •„Izglītības un zinātnes ministrijas 2009. gada 3.septembra rīkojums Nr. 363. Par profesionālās izglītības pedagogu darba slodzi, •„Apmaksājamo stundu skaitu profesionālās izglītības programmās” un „Pedagogu darba samaksas noteikumi”. Nr. 836. Balstoties uz šiem likumiem, sistēma nodrošinās veidlapu izdruku, kuras nepieciešams iesniegt valsts institūcijās.

The aim of the qualification paper is to work out a new System of teachers’ tariffication instead of the present one. The previous system has been used for eight years and it is based on the Microsoft Access software. The new system wiljl be based upon the web software technologies using such languages as php, myslq, Jquery and such layout languages as HTML and CSS for design. The developed system is meant for the teachers of the Vocational Education Competence Centre Riga State Technical School. Each teacher will be able to see his or her sheet of pedagogical workload. The system o teachers’ tariff will be integrated into other systems of VEEC RSST. In such a way it will be provided that teachers will not have to remember several passwords and user names, but they will need only one to open the email of VEEC RST, to go into e-rvt.lv and to have a look at the data basis of teachers’ tariffication. The teachers’ tariffication system is based on the following rules of the Cabinet of Ministersand the Ministry of Education and Science: •The Ministry of Education and Science the order Nr.363About the workload of vocational education teachers •The number of paid lessons in vocational education programs and The regulation of teachers’ payment Nr.836. Based upon these regulations the system will provide printing of forms which are needed to be handed in at certain times in state institutions.
