Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis izveidot optimālu risinājumu Siebel CRM sitēmas atjaunošanas plānošanai, izpildei un skaidrot kādā gadījumā ir iespējams gūt lielākos ieguvumus no atjaunināšanas procesa. Bakalaura darbam ir trīs nodaļas. Pirmā nodaļā ir virspusējs Siebel apraksts ar ieskatu Siebel vēsturē. Otrā nodaļa ir par Siebel CRM atjaunināšanas pieejām un trešā nodaļa ir par Siebel CRM jauno funkcionalitāti.

Purpose of Bachelor theses is to create optimal solution for Siebel CRM system upgrade planing, execution and explains in which case it is posible to get biggest benefits from upgrade process. The primary aim is to analyse different Siebel CRM upgrade approaches. The additional aim is to analyse the new funkcionality of Siebel CRM paltform in more detailed level. Bachelor theses has three chapters. First chapter is about overal Siebel description and Siebel history. The second chapter is about Siebel CRM upgrade approaches and the third chapter is about Siebel CRM new functionality.
