Resursu vadības sistēmas G-VEDIS darījumprocesu optimizācija

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt un optimizēt resursu vadības sistēmas G VEDIS darījumprocesus, kuri nodrošina izglītības iestāžu sniegto maksas pakalpojumu rēķinu sagatavošanu un ēdināšanas organizēšanu. Pašlaik šie procesi neefektīvi izmanto pašvaldības resursus, tāpēc tie ir jāpārskata, jānovērtē un jāmeklē risinājumi to uzlabošanai. Darbā tiek aplūkotas divas darījumprocesu optimizācijas metodes: darījumprocesu uzlabošana un darījumprocesu reinženierija. Tiek izpētīta esošā situācija, noskaidrotas pastāvošās problēmas un izvēlēta piemērotākā metode G VEDIS sistēmas darījumprocesu optimizācijai. Darba rezultātā tiek izstrādāts risinājums procesu optimizācijai un novērtēti optimizācijas ieguvumi.

The objective of the bachelor thesis is to explore and optimize resource management system G VEDIS business processes that provide the invoice preparation for the paid services given by the education institutions and the catering organization. At present these processes are using the resources inefficiently therefore they must be reviewed, evaluated and improved. In this paper two optimization methods are discussed: the business process improvement and the business process reengineering, the current situation is studied, the existing problems are determined and the most suitable method is used for the G VEDIS business process optimization. As a result a solution is designed and implemented to optimize the processes, and the benefits of the optimization are evaluated.
