Līzinga darījumu analīze Latvijas tirgū

Abstract

Līzinga darījumu popularitāte starp līzinga ņēmējiem un līzinga devējiem ir liela, kas ir izskaidrojams ar to, ka līzings palīdz uzņēmumiem attīstīt un paplašināt savu ražošanu, veicināt savas produkcijas pārdošanu, nepiesaistot papildus naudas līdzekļus. Diplomdarbā uz līzinga tirgus analīzes pamata ir izdarīti secinājumi par to attīstību, izstrādāti priekšlikumi līzinga pilnveidošanai, pievēršot uzmanību līzinga sastāvdaļu raksturošanai, ekonomisko un tiesisko aspektu apskatīšanai, nākotnes tendenču noteikšanai. Diplomdarba mērķis ir izanalizēt līzinga darījumus Latvijas tirgū, izdarīt secinājumus un sniegt priekšlikumus līzinga tālākai attīstībai un pilveidošanai, novērtējot līzinga iespējas un izpētot pastāvošo situāciju līzinga tirgū. Darbs sastāv no trīm nodaļām. Pirmā nodaļa tiek veltīta līzinga jēdziena, tā darījumu veidu un dalībnieku apskatīšanai un izpētīšanai. Otrajā nodaļā, tiek apskatīti līzinga darījumu ietekmējošie faktori un noslēgšanas kārtība. Trešajā nodaļā tiek veikta līzinga tirgus analīze un aprakstīti līzinga darījumu dalībnieku viedokli par attīstības tendencēm nākotnē. Autors, veicot līzinga tirgus izpēti un analīzi, izmanto datus par pieciem gadiem no 2004.gada līdz 2008.gadam. Darbā tiek izmantoti LR likumi, vispārējā un speciālā literatūra, periodiskie izdevumi, kā arī Latvijas Līzinga devēja asociācijas, banku un līzinga kompāniju materiāli.

The popularity of leasing transactions between lesses and lessors is high, this can be explained by the fact that the leasing helps companies to develop and enlarge the manufacture, to promote sale of production, without involving money resources. In the diploma work draws conclusions about its development based on leasing market analysis, elaborates offers for the improvement of leasing, characterizing the component parts of the leasing, considering economic and legal aspects, determining future tendencies. The purpose of diploma work is to analyse leasing transactiois on the market of Latvia, to make conclusions and suggestions for the leasing future development and improvement, estimated its opportunities and investigated an existing situation in the market of leasing. Work consists of 3 parts. The first part is devoted to the consideration and study of the leasing concept, transaction forms and participants. In the second are considered leasing transactions included factors and procedure of conclusion. In the third part author makes leasing market analysis and determines opinions of leasing market participants about development tendencies in the future. Conducting research and making leasing market analysis, author uses statistic information for the last 5 years from the Year 2004 to 2008. The work is based on the Latvian Republic laws, general and special literature, periodical press, and materials of the Latvian lessors association, banks and leasing companies.
