| dc.description.abstract | SIA „Body & Mind Latvia” ir jauns uzņēmums, kas darbojas pakalpojumu sfērā -
apvienojot sporta nodarbības ar SPA pakalpojumiem.
Darba mērķis ir izanalizēt un novērtēt SIA „Body & Mind Latvia” finansiālo stāvokli,
lai zinātu kādi pasākumi ir jāveic, lai uzņēmums varētu sekmīgi strādāt, kā arī dot
priekšlikums uzņēmuma tālākai darbībai.
Diplomdarba teorētiskajā daļā tiek aprakstīts īss uzņēmuma raksturojums- sākot no
dibināšanas dokumentiem un beidzot ar finansu plānošanu uzņēmumā.
Darba praktiskajā daļā tiek veikti aprēķini un analizēti koeficienti, pēc kuriem
iespējams pilnīgāk novērtēt uzņēmuma finansiālo stāvokli. Darba gaitā konstatēts, ka
uzņēmums strādā ar lieliem zaudējumiem, tas nespēj iekļauties aprēķināto rādītāju normas
robežās.

| dc.description.abstract | Body & Mind Latvia Ltd. is a new company specializing in services combining sports
and spa.
Aim of the paper is to analyze and evaluate financial situation of Body & Mind Latvia
Ltd. in order to find out what measures should be taken to ensure successful operation of
the company as well as to come up with suggestions for its future activity.
Theoretical part of the diploma paper includes a brief description of the company from
founding documents to financial planning in the company.
Practical part includes estimates and analysis of rates that provide a better evaluation of
the company’s financial situation. It has been concluded in the course of the paper that the
company operates with great losses and it is unable to achieve normal business results.
