AS „Latvenergo” finansiālā stāvokļa izvērtējums.

Abstract

Maģistra darba „AS “Latvenergo” finansiālā stāvokļa izvērtējums” mērķis ir izvērtēt AS „Latvenergo” finansiālo stāvokļi un izstrādāt ieteikumus tā darbības pilnveidošanai. Izpētes objekts ir reāli darbojošos uzņēmums - akcijas sabiedrība “Latvenergo”, kas nodrošina savā apkalpes teritorijā tautsaimniecību un iedzīvotājus ar elektroapgādi pie reālajām elektroenerģijas izmaksām, ar augstu servisu un iespējami mazāku iespaidu uz apkārtējo vidi. Minētais darbs dod priekšstatu par esošās situācijas reālo atspoguļošanu uzņēmumā AS “Latvenergo”. Rakstot darbu izmantoti tādi informācijas avoti kā uzņēmuma gada pārskati, uzņēmuma iekšējas finansu atskaites, kā arī vispārēja un speciāla literatūra un periodikā publicētie materiāli par AS “Latvenergo”, kā arī Internet bāzes dati. Maģistra darbs sastāv no ievada, 4 nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem, kā arī no izmantotās literatūras saraksta un pielikumiem. Secinājumi un priekšlikumi, kas ir izteikti darbā, palīdzēs uzņēmuma vadībai veikt pasākumus, lai uzlabotu finansiālo vadību uzņēmumā. Darba apjoms 81 lpp., tajā iekļautas 14 analītiskās tabulas, 8 attēli, pievienoti 7 pielikumi.

The aim of the given master paper work is to carry out financial analysis of a joint-stock company “Latvenergo”, to estimate the company’s financial activities and give recommendations for the improvement of its performance. The object of the research is a real company – a joint-stock company “Latvenergo” providing electricity services to the public sector at real costs, high performance and with minimum impact on the environment. The given work represents real reflection of the position of the company “Latvenergo”. The references of the paper have been taken from annual reports, internal reports, as well as special publications, the press and the Internet. The degree work consists of introduction, four chapters, conclusions and offers, and a bibliography: The conclusion drawn in the paper might be helpful in defining the measures to be taken to improve the company’s financial position. The paper consists of 82 pages, including 14 analysis tables, 8 graphs and 7 appendices.
