Hipotekāro ķīlu likviditātes problēmas Latvijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba nosaukums „ Hipotekāro ķīlu likviditātes problēmas Latvijā” Bakalaura darba mērķis ir pamatojoties uz Latvijas Republikas normatīvo aktu un kopējās ekonomiskās situācijas analīzi, noteikt hipotekāro ķīlu likviditātes problēmu iemeslus un izstrādāt šo problēmu risināšanas iespējas. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no ievada, trīs nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem un izmantotās literatūras un avotu saraksta. Pirmajai nodaļai ir teorētisks raksturs, tajā tiek analizēti LR normatīvie akti, kas skar hipotekāro kreditēšanu. Otrā nodaļā autore veic hipotekāro kredītu nekustamo īpašumu tirgus analīzi. Trešajā nodaļa tiek noteikti hipotekāro ķīlu likviditātes problēmu rašanās iemesli un izstrādāti iespējamie risinājumi. Nobeigumā tika apkopoti secinājumi un izdarīti priekšlikumi. Topic of the bachelor work: „The liquidity problems of mortgage in Latvia” . Aim of the bachelor work is base on the analysis of the statutory acts of the Latvian Republic and economic situation, to appoint causes of problems of liquidity of mortgage and to develop possible solutions of this problems. The Bachelor work consists of introduction, 3 chapters, conclusions and suggestions and list of used sources of information. The first chapter has theoretical character, it contains the analyses of statutory acts of Latvia Republic, which refers to the mortgage loans. The second chapter is dedicated to the analyse of mortgage loans and real estate markets. In the third chapter are appointed causes of liquidity problems of mortgage loans and developed possible solutions of this problems. Key words: mortgage, liquidity, real estate, credit.
