"North Hub Services" konkurētspējas izpēte starptautiskajā lidostā "Rīga"

Abstract

Diplomdarba nosaukums ir “North Hub Services” konkurētspējas izpēte Starptautiskajā lidostā “Rīga””. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izanalizēt uzņēmuma „North Hub Services ” konkurētspēju un noteikt uzņēmuma konkurētspējas palielināšanās iespējas. Diplomdarbs sastāv no trīs daļām. Darba teorētiskajā daļā tiek apskatīti konkurences un konkurētspējas jēdzieni, veidi un dažādas analīzes. Darba otrajā daļā tiek aprakstīta pētāmā uzņēmuma „North Hub Services” darbības sfēra, produkts, un tā kvalitāte. Darba trešajā daļā tiek analizēta North Hub Services konkurētspēja. Darba pētnieciskajā daļā tiek izmantota „benchmarking”, Portera piecu spēku metode, kā arī divas ekspertu intervijas. Diplomdarbā tiek izteikti priekšlikumi uzņēmuma „North Hub Services” konkurētspējas paaugstināšanai, kā arī uzņēmuma vājo pušu uzlabošanai. Diplomdarbs “North Hub Services konkurētspējas izpēte Starptautiskajā lidostā “Rīga”” ir izstrādāts uz 60 lpp., neskaitot pielikumus, tajā ietverti 7 attēli un 5 tabulas.

The title of the thesis is “North Hub Services competitiveness analysis within SSJC “Riga International Airport””. The aim of the study is to analyze “North Hub Services” competitiveness and to identify the key opportunities for enlargement of its competitiveness. The diploma work assignment consists of 3 parts. The theoretical study looks at concept of competition and competitiveness, its forms and various analyses. The second part describes the sphere of activity, product, and quality of “North Hub Services”. The third part consists of analysis of “North Hub Services” competitiveness. For the research there was used benchmarking approach, Porter’s five forces “Riga International Airport” and interviews with the experts of the field. The dploma work assignment gives several suggestions for enlargement of “North Hub Services” competitiveness as well as various opportunities for improvement of its weaknesses. The thesis “North Hub Services” competitiveness analysis within SSJC “Riga International Airport”” consists of 60 pages and 2 annexes; it includes 7 figures and 5 tables.
