Abstract

Maģistra darbā „Enerģijas atjaunoto avotu stāvoklis un perspektīvas Eiropas Savienības valstīs: Latvija un Vācija” ir izskatīti atjaunoto enerģijas avotu mūsdienu stāvokļis gan Eiropas Savienības kopumā, gan izvēlētās valstīs, Latvijā un Vācijā. Darba autores uzmanību pievērsa sēkojošiem jautājumiem: - Galvenie aspekti atjaunoto enerģijas avotu attīstības jomā, to stāvoklis šobrīd, ka arī mērķi, ko ES izvirzīja tās attīstībai. - Liela uzmanība tiek veltīta barjeriem un šķēršļiem, kas traucē turpmākai atjaunoto enerģijas avotu attīstībai, ka arī to pārvarēšanas paņēmienus, kas velāk var novest pie priekšrocībam. - Visvairāk lietojāmas atjaunoto enerģijas avotu raksturojums Latvijā un Vācijā. Lai sasniegt darba mērķus tiek izmantoti mūsdienu literatūras materiāli par atjaunoto enerģijas avotiem, likumdošanu un statistiskiem datiem, ka arī tiek ņēmti vērā dažādi pētījumi un konferenču rezultāti. Rezumējot darba teorētiskus un praktiskus jautājumus ir izdarīti secinājumi atjaunoto enerģijas perspektīvas un stāvokļa jomā Eiropas Savienībā, ka arī dota analīze izvēlētajam valstim un to salīdzināšana savā starpā. Master thesis "Condition and perspectives of renewable energy sources in the European Union countries: Latvia and Germany", deals with the current situation and development of renewable energy sources in European Union in general as well as in such countries as Latvia and Germany. In the Master thesis the author tried to analyze the following questions: - Key aspects of the development of renewable energy sources, current situation of their use, aims for their future development in EU; - Special attention was given to barriers and obstacles to further development of renewable energy sources, as well as ways to overcome such obstacles; - Characteristics of the most frequently used renewable energy sources in Latvia and Germany To answer these questions the author analyzed modern literature on renewable energy sources, EU as well as national Latvian and German legislation. Special attention was given to the statistical data and results of various researches and studies. As a result the author made comparative analysis of the current situation and perspectives of use of renewable energy sources in the European Union as well as in Latvia and Germany. The main conclusion of the work is that use of renewable energy sources helps to overcome harmful effect that traditional sources have, and that such use favours the development of the energy efficiency economy.
