Projekts: Biomasas koģenerācijas stacijas izveide

Abstract

Līdz ar izmaiņām Latvijas politikā atjaunojamo energoresursu jomā un ņemot vērā ES enerģētikas politikas pamatnostādnes, ir radusies nepieciešamība turpmākajos gados noteiktu gala lietotāju patēriņa daļu nosegt ar elektroenerģiju, kas ražota, izmantojot atjaunojamos energoresursus, kā rezultātā no valsts un Eiropas Savienības puses ir veikta virkne atbalsta pasākumu, kas būtiski ir veicinājuši attiecīgās nozares attīstību, radot uzņēmējiem un investoriem pievilcīgu vidi alternatīvās elektroenerģijas projektu attīstīšanai un atjaunojamo energoresursu izmantošanai elektroenerģijas un siltumenerģijas ražošanas veicināšanai. Maģistra darba galvenais mērķis ir izveidot konkurent spējīgu un peļņu nesošu uzņēmumu Latvijas tirgū, kā arī izpētīt atjaunojamo energoresursu izmantošanu Latvijā. Latvijai atjaunojamo energoresursu izmantošana, tāpat kā pārējām Eiropas valstīm, ir īpaši aktuāla. Atjaunojamo energoresursi: vēja enerģija, saules enerģija, hidroenerģija, biomasa, biogāze utt., ir papildus enerģijas avoti, kuri ir neatkarīgi no importētiem enerģijas resursiem. Pieaugošais pieprasījums pēc enerģijas, ierobežotie fosilā kurināmā krājumi, kā arī vides piesārņojums un globālās klimata pārmaiņas pēdējos gados pasaulē radīja pastiprinātu interesi par atjaunojamiem resursiem. Atbalsts atjaunojamo resursu izmantošanai ir kļuvis par svarīgu Eiropas Savienības politikas sastāvdaļu. Maģistra darbā izpētīta tikai biomasas atjaunojamie energoresursi, no kuriem var gaidīt reālo ieguldījumu enerģijas bilancē Latvijas apstākļos. Darbā veiktie pētījumi, saistīti ar atjaunojamo energoresursu patēriņa prognozēšanu atbilstoši ekonomiskajām izmaiņām valstī, ieskaitot enerģijas bilances analīzi un atjaunojamo energoresursu potenciāla novērtējumu, ņemot vērā pasaules inovatīvās tehnoloģijas. Kā viens no būtiskākajiem biznesa izvērtējumiem tiek uzskatīts attiecīgās nozares izpēte un analīze. Biznesa plāns ietver nepieciešamo informāciju par valsts politiku attiecīgajā nozarē, saistošajiem normatīvajiem aktiem, obligātā iepirkuma apjomu, tā sadalījuma un cenas noteikšanas kārtību. Biznesa plāns sevī ietver veikto aktivitāšu detalizētu aprakstu, resursu nodrošinājuma un vadības sistēmas aprakstu, kā arī finanšu aprēķinus un citu būtisku informāciju.

Diploma main goal is to create a viable competitor and profitable enterprises in the Latvian market, as well as to explore the use of Latvian renewable energy. Latvia, use of renewable energy, like other European countries, is particularly timely. Renewable energy sources: wind, solar, hydro, biomass, biogas, etc.., There are additional energy sources that are independent of imported energy resources. Increasing demand for energy, limited fossil fuel reserves, as well as environmental pollution and global climate change in recent years created increased interest in the world of renewable resources. Support for use of renewable resources has become an important key in European Union policy. Master thesis investigated only for biomass renewable energy, from which we can expect real contribution to energy balance in Latvian conditions. The research, associated with the consumption of renewable energy forecasting by economic changes in the country, including the energy balance analysis and renewable energy potential assessment in the light of the world's innovative technology. As one of the most important business assessments shall be deemed the industry research and analysis. Business plan contains the necessary information on national policies in the sector, the binding law of compulsory purchase amount, the distribution and pricing arrangements. A business plan includes a detailed description of activities, resources and management systems, financial estimates and other relevant information.
