Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir “Korupcijas izcelsme un to seku ekonomiskie aspekti Latvijā. Šāda tēma izvēlēta tādēļ, ka mūsdienu sarežģītajos ekonomiskajā situācijā ir nepieciešams izprast dažādu ekonomisko likumsakarību veidošanās mehānismus un valsts, kā arī privātā sektora lomu tajos, lai sasniegtu vienu no sociāli ekonomiskajiem mērķiem - sabiedrības ilgtspējīgu attīstību. Diplomdarba mērķis ir analizēt korupcijas cēloņus un sekas ekonomiskajā aspektā, kā arī izvērtēt novēršanas pasākumus. Diplomdarbu var izmantot, lai izzinātu korupcijas kā problēmas teorētisko un praktisko pamatojumu, kā arī sabiedriskā viedokļa apliecinājumu. Darbs sastāv no ievada, trīs nodaļām ar apakšnodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem un izmantotās literatūras. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek analizēta korupcijas būtība, cēloņi un sekas ekonomiskajā aspektā, kurā iekļauta ekonomisko sistēmu teorija, nelegālās ekonomikas raksturojums, korupcijas definīcijas, cēloņi, sekas un likumsakarības. Otrajā nodaļā autors veic Latvijas ekonomiskās sistēmas raksturojumu, kurā apskata īpašumu veidus, konkurences lomu ekonomikā, lēmumu pieņemšanas līmeņus, valsts kā varas orgāna lomu tirgus attiecībās un valsts līdzdalību ienākumu pārdalē. Trešajā nodaļā ir veikta korupcijas praktiskās izpausmes analīze Latvijā. Darbā izmantoti 17 literatūras avoti un 14 oficiālo Latvijas institūciju interneta resursi. Darba apjoms ir 63 lappuse. Darbā iekļautas 6 tabulas un 5 attēli.

The theme of the diploma paper is 'The origin of corruption and its aspects of economic consequences in Latvia'. This theme is chosen because of the necessity of understanding mechanisms of formation of different economical sequences in the present difficult economical situation as well as the role of state and the private sector in them in order to achieve one of the social -economical aims that of longevity of the development of the society. The aim of the diploma paper is to analyze the causes of corruption and the consequences in the economical aspect as well as to evaluate preventive measures. The diploma paper can be used as a cognitive source of theoretical and practical confirmation of corruption as a problem, as well as confirmation of the opinion of the society. The paper consists of an introduction, three chapters with subchapters, conclusions and suggestions and the list of literature. The essence of corruption, its causes and consequences in the economical aspects are analyzed in the first chapter where the theory of economical systems, characterization of illegal economics, definitions of corruption, causes , consequences and rules are included. The author characterizes the economical system of Latvia where such problems as property, the role of competetiveness in the economics, the levels of decision making in the second chapter. The role of the state as a powerful body in market relationship and co-participation of the state in the division of the income. The analysis of practical corruption is worked out in the third chapter. 17 sources of literature and 14 regulations of Latvia Republic, articles in the media, scientific researches and the resources of official Latvian institutions are used in the paper. The paper consists of 63 pages. There are 6 tables and 5 drawings in the paper.
