Baltijas valstu integrācija Eiropas Monetārā savienībā

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir „Baltijas valstu integrācija Eiropas Monetārā savienībā”. Darba mērķis ir uz Eiropas Monetārās savienības dalībvalstu un Baltijas valstu datu analīzes pamata izstrādāt priekšlikumus par iespējām Latvijai, Lietuvai un Igaunijai iestāties Eiropas Monetārajā savienībā. Diplomdarbs sastāv no trim nodaļām. Pirmā nodaļa iekļauj Eiropas Monetārās savienības vēstures izpēti un iepazīšanos ar galvenajiem Eiropas Monetārās savienības attīstības posmiem un pamatnoteikumiem. Otrajā nodaļā tiek apskatīti Māstrihtas Konverģences kritēriji, to nozīme un Māstrihtas kritēriju izpilde Baltijas valstīs, kā arī izveidotas pārskatāmas tabulas un diagrammas par kritēriju dinamiku periodā no 2005. gada līdz 2009. gadam. Trešajā nodaļā tiek izvērtētas problēmas Baltijas valstu integrācijai Eiropas Monetārajā savienībā. Pamatojoties uz analīzes un izpētes rezultātiem autors nonāk pie secinājumiem un izvirza iespējamos priekšlikumus. Darbs izstrādāts latviešu valodā, tā apjoms ir 60 lapaspuses datorrakstā, tajā iekļauti 6 attēli, 7 tabulas. Atslēgvārdi - Eiropas monetārā savienība, eiro, Māstrihtas kritēriji.

The theme of the diploma Paper is “Integration of Baltic States in the European Monetary Union”. The aim of the Paper is to work out motions about the opportunities of Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia to enter in the European Monetary Union based on the data analysis of acceding countries of the European Monetary Union and Baltic States. Diploma Paper consists of three parts. The first chapter includes investigation of the European Monetary Union history and acquaintance of the main development stages and basic regulations of the European Monetary Union. The second chapter deals with the criteria of Maastricht convergence, their meaning and completion of the Maastricht criteria in Baltic States, as well as created foreseeable charts and diagrams about the dynamics of criteria in the period from year 2005 to 2009. The third chapter deals with the evaluation of problems of the Baltic States integration in the European Monetary Union. On the ground of the analysis and research results the author of the Paper comes to conclusions and poses possible motions. - The Paper is worked out in Latvian; its amount is typed 60 pages; there are 6 pictures and 7 charts included.
