Abstract

DIPLOMDARBA tēma ir Zivrūpniecības uzņēmuma saimnieciskās darbības izvērtēšana un attīstība. Darba mērķis ir, izpētīt zivsaimniecības nozares attīstības tendences un izmantojot uzņēmuma finanšu pārskatus, veikt Uzņēmuma „ ABC” finanšu situācijas izvērtēšanu un izstrādāt priekšlikumus turpmākai uzņēmuma attīstībai . Darba pirmajā nodaļā ir pētīta situācija zivsaimniecības nozarē, nozares kopējais ieguldījums tautsaimniecībā, nozares ekonomiskā attīstība. Darba otrajā nodaļā tiek veikts uzņēmuma saimnieciskās darbības novērtējums, izvērtēta vide, kurā uzņēmums darbojas un kādus ES līdzfinansējumus uzņēmums ir izmantojis. Trešajā nodaļā tiek veikta galveno finanšu rādītāju analīze. Diplomdarba beigās ir apkopoti secinājumi par pētījuma rezultātiem un sniegti priekšlikumi. Darbs satur 12 tabulas, 30 attēlus, 24 formulas un 8 pielikumus. Darba apjoms ir 96 lapaspuses ar 7 pielikumiem. Pētījuma periods 2008. – 2012. This diploma paper topic is The fisheries operating assessment and development. The aim is to examine the fishing industry trends and the company's financial statements, for the company "ABC" an assessment of the financial situation and to develop proposals for the future development of the company. The first chapter studied the situation in the fisheries sector, the industry's total contribution to the national economy, its economic development. The second chapter examines the company’s economic performance, characteristics, assesses the environment in which the company operates and what EU financing the company has used. The third chapter is key financial ratio analysis. The diploma concludes with a summary of the study results and makes proposals to management.
