SIA "Arčers" finanšu situācijas izvērtējums un attīstības perspektīvas

Abstract

Maģistra darba mērķis - noteikt grāmatvedības nozīmi kvalitatīva gada pārskata, kā finanšu analīzes avota, sastādīšanā. Novērtēt SIA Arčers finansiālos rādītājus to attīstības tendences. Mērķa sasniegšanai ir noteikti šādi veicamie uzdevumi: •apzināt vadības grāmatvedības un iekšējās kontroles riskus grāmatvedības dokumentu apritē un uzskaitē; •veikt SIA Arčers un SIA Re & Re finanšu analīzi. Maģistra darbs sastāv no ievada, 3 daļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem, izmantotās literatūras un avotu saraksta, tam ir 6 pielikumi. Pirmajā nodaļā apskatīti vadības un finanšu grāmatvedības teorētiski aspekti un to nozīme kvalitatīva finanšu pārskata sagatavošanā. Otrajā nodaļā ir veikta būvniecības nozares attīstības analīze. Trešajā daļā, balstoties uz finanšu analīzi aprēķināti un analizēti finanšu rādītāji. Maģistra darbam ir 85 lapas, tas satur 12 tabulas un 13 attēlus. The aim of the following Master’s Thesis – is to determine the importance of accountancy as the source of financial analysis in the preparation of a qualitative annual financial report. To evaluate Arčers Ltd financial indicators and their development trends. In order to achieve this goal the following tasks were set: • identify management accountancy and internal control risks in circulation and bookkeeping of accountancy documents; • perform the financial analysis of Arčers Ltd and Re & Re Ltd. The Master’s Thesis consists of: introduction, 3 chapters, summary and improvements suggestions, the list of information sources and literature, there are 6 attachments. The first chapter covers the management and financial accounting theoretical aspects, its importance in preparation of a qualitative annual financial report. The second chapter contains a review of construction sector development. In the third chapter, based on financial analysis are calculated and studied financial indicators.
