Latvijas mazo jahtu ostu konkurētspēja Baltijas jūras reģionā

Abstract

Baibas Balodes maģistra darbā „Latvijas mazo jahtu ostu konkurētspēja Baltijas jūras reģionā” ir veikta analīze par Latvijas, konkrētāk, Pāvilostas jahtu ostas konkurētspēju starp BJR valstīs esošam jahtu ostām. Tās iespējas attīstīties un piesaistīt arvien lielāku tūristu skaitu. Maģistra darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām, 10 apakšnodaļām un 5 apakšnodalījumiem. Darbā ir izveidotas 14 tabulas, 30 attēli un grafiki, izmantots 61 zinātniskā publikācija, 13 elektroniskie informācijas avoti un 2 nepublicētie materiāli. Darbā kopumā ir 83 lapas. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek apskatīta atsevišķu zinātnieku darbi par globalizācijas procesu ietekmi uz valstu attīstību, konkurētspējas nozīmi reģiona, valsts un uzņēmuma līmenī, kā arī ceļojuma galamērķu konkurētspējas būtība un tās noteicoši faktori. Otrajā nodaļā uzmanība tiek pievērsta Baltijas jūras reģiona ekonomiskai attīstībai, reģiona konkurētspējai Eiropas Savienībā un pasaulē un jahtu tūrisma attīstībai Baltijas jūras reģionā. Trešajā nodaļā tiek analizēta Pāvilostas kā ceļojuma galamērķa konkurētspēja, uzņēmuma SIA „Ziemeļeiropas jahtu aģentūra „Rietumkrasts” darbības efektivitāte un Pāvilostas jahtu ostas „Pāvilosta Marina” konkurētspēja starp mazajām jahtu ostām Baltijas jūras reģionā. The master’s paper „The marinas of Latvia competitiveness in the Baltic sea region” present the results of the research on marina of Pāvilosta competitiveness between other marinas in Baltic Sea region. It’s opportunities of development and to attract much more tourists. The master`s paper consists of 3 chapters, 10 sections and 5 subsections. The master’s paper consists of 83 pages. There are 30 graphs and pictures and 14 tables included and 76 information sources are used in the development of the master’s paper. In the first chapter there are detailed discussion on the theoretical basis of the influence of countries development in the process of globalisation and competitiveness importance for the regions, countries and the companies, the nature and important factors of destinations competitiveness as well. In the second chapter there are discussion on economic development of Baltic Sea region and the region competitiveness in EU and in the World and the development of yacht tourism in Baltic Sea region. In the third chapter there are the analyse on competitiveness of Pāvilosta like a destination, effectiveness of “North Europe yacht agency “West coast”” and the competitiveness of “Pāvilosta Marina” between other small marinas in the Baltic Sea region.
