Abstract

Bakalaura darbā "Gaujas krastu erozija un paaugstināta riska vietas Carnikavas novadā", pētīti riski, ko rada Gaujas mainīgais tecējums, kā arī nākotnē prognozētās ūdenslīmeņa izmaiņas. Pētījumā izdalītas iespējamās apdraudētās vietas un analizētas izmaiņas, kas konstatētas analizējot kartogrāfisko materiālu. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izvērtēt Gaujas krastu attīstības tendences, intensitāti un noteikt plūdu riska teritorijas Carnikavas novadā, kā arī izdalīt iespējamās apdraudētās vietas. Darbs ir balstīts uz literatūras avotiem par mūsdienu ģeoloģiskajiem procesiem upēs, klimata mainību, kā arī Gaujas upi. Darbs sastāv no trijām galvenajām nodaļām, kopā viss darbs aizņem 60 lpp. Darbā ietverti: 36 attēli (foto, kartes, tabulas), 4 pielikumi. The Bachelor’s work "The Gauja river bank erosion and high-risk sites in the Carnikava county", examines the risks posed by the variable onflow of the Gauja river, as well as the water level changes projected in the future. The study singles out the potential danger zones and analyses the fluctuations registered over the analysis of the cartographic material. The target of the Bachelor's work is to assess the trends and the strength of the development of the Gauja river banks, and to identify the flood risk areas in the Carnikava county, as well as to single out the potential danger zones. The work is based on the literature of contemporary geological processes in rivers, climate variability, as well as on the Gauja river. The work consists of three main chapters, and takes 60 pages in total. The work includes: 36 images (photos, maps,tables), and 4 attachments. There are 36 titles used in the paper, of which 21 are sources of literature.
