Bilingvāla pirmās valodas apguve funkcionālās kompetences attīstīšanai

Abstract

Šīs bakalaura darbs tika uzrakstīts, lai uzzinātu, kādā veidā bilingvāla pirmās valodas apguve ietekmē funkcionālās kompetences attīstīšanu. Šī darba galvenais uzdevums bija analizēt vingrinājumu rezultātus, kurus izpildīja pētījuma dalībnieks, kurš no bērnības ir bilingvāls, kā arī analizēt secinājumus. Kvalitatīvā un kvantitatīvā analīze tika izvēlēta kā pētījuma metode. Rezultāti ir doti ar piemēriem, un attēloti diagrammās. Apkopojumi ļāva autorei secināt, ka bilingvāls cilvēks ir vairāk konpetents taja valodā, kura viņam ir dominējošā. Darba saturs var būt saistošs ikvienam, kurš veic pētījumu par attiecīgu tēmu.

The present bachelor thesis has been written in order to find out how Bilingual First Language Acquisition influences the development of functional language competence. The main task of this paper was to analyse the results of the exercises made by the subject of a case study who is bilingual from his childhood, and to analyse the conclusions. Both the qualitative and the quantitative analyses were chosen as research methods. The results are exemplified, and depicted with the help of diagrams. The findings of particular research allowed the author to conclude that a bilingual person is more competent in language that is used as his dominant language. The content of the work could be captivating for anyone doing the research on relevant topic.
