Geriatrijas pacientu psihosociālās problēmas intīmajā dzīvē

Abstract

Autores bakalaura darba tēma „ Geriatrijas pacientu psihosociālās problēmas intīmajā dzīvē”. Pētījuma mērķis - noskaidrot psihosociālās problēmas geriatrijas pacientu intīmajā dzīvē. Mērķa sasniegšanai tika izvirzīti uzdevumi – veikt literatūras un iegūto rezultātu analīzi, kā arī izdarīt secinājumus par geriatrijas pacientu psihosociālajām problēmām intīmajā dzīvē. Hipotēze - geriatrisku pacientu psihosociālās problēmas intīmajā dzīvē ir stereotipizācija, šaubas par savu ārējo pievilcību un grūtības veidot jaunas attiecības. Darbs sastāv no teorētiskās un pētnieciskās daļas. Teorētiskā daļa veidota pamatojoties uz vairākiem literatūras avotiem. Pētījums veikts pamatojoties uz kvantitatīvo metodi – anketēšanu. Anketēšanas rezultātā tika iegūti dati par geriatrijas pacientu psihosociālajām problēmām intīmajā dzīvē. Aptaujā piedalījās 100 respondenti vecumā no 60 - 85 gadiem. Pētījuma rezultātā daļēji apstiprinājās izvirzītā hipotēze – tikai 5% no 100 respondentiem ir svarīgs sabiedrības viedoklis par intīmo dzīvi pēc 60 gadu vecuma. Šaubas par savu ārējo pievilcību ir tikai 33% respondentu, bet 67% nav šaubas. 36% no respondentiem veidot jaunas partnerattiecības nebūtu grūti, 35% respondentu uzskata, ka veidot jaunas partnerattiecības pēc 60 gadu vecuma ir neprātīgi un muļķīgi, 17% respondentu atbild, ka nav nepieciešams veidot jaunas partnerattiecības, 12% respondentu uzskata, ka varētu veidot jaunas partnerattiecības, bet uztrauc apkārtējo viedoklis. Rezultātu apstrādei tika izmantota statistikas tabulas Microsoft Office Excel programmā. Darbs sastāv no 55 lpp, 48 attēliem un 12 pielikumiem. Izmantotās literatūras saraksts sastāda 30 literatūras avotus. Atslēgvārdi – geriatrija, gerontoloģija, seksualitāte, psihosociālās problēmas.

The topic of author’s bachelors thesis is “Psychosocial problems in intimate life of geriatric patients”. The goal of the research: to determine the psychological and social problems of geriatric patients in their intimate life. The following tasks were identified for achieving the goal: analysis of literature and the results obtained; conclusions about psychological and social problems of geriatric patients in their intimate life. Hypothesis - psychological and social problems of geriatric patients are stereotypes, doubts about their physical attraction and difficulties to make new relations. The thesis includes theoretical and research parts. The theoretical part is based on several literature sources; and the research is based on quantitative method – survey. The survey revealed data about psychological and social problems of geriatric patients in their intimate life. 100 respondents aged 60-85 participated in the survey and it partly confirmed the hypothesis – just 5% of 100 respondents cared about society’s opinion about intimate life after the age of 60. Only 33% of respondents expressed doubts about their physical attraction, while 67% had no doubt. 36% consider it would be easy to form new relationships, 35% find it awkward and foolish to form new relationships after 60, 17% state it is not necessary to form new relationships, 12% could form new relationships, but are worried about opinion of the society. Microsoft Office Excel statistical tables were used to process the results. The thesis includes 55 pages, 48 figures, and 12 appendixes. Bibliography includes 30 sources.
