DAS28 un RAPID3 salīdzinājums reimatoīdā artrīta pacientiem

Abstract

Pamatojums. Reimatoīdais artrīts (RA) ir viena no visbiežāk sastopamajām autoimūnu slimību formām, kas ātri var sagraut cilvēka veselību. Novērtējot RA ietekmi uz cilvēku dzīves kvalitāti, šī slimība tiek uzskatīta kā viena no visvairāk dzīves kvalitāti graujošajām slimībām. Ārsta uzdevums ir kontrolēt slimības aktivitāti , lai panāktu galveno mērķi – slimības remisiju. Darba uzdevumi bija izvērtēt RA aktivitātes noteikšanas metodi RAPID3 un salīdzināt to ar DAS28. Darba mērķi. Galvenais darba mērķis ir noteikt, vai pastāv korelācija starp RA aktivitātes rādītajiem DAS28 un RAPID3.

Background. Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is one of the most widespread forms of autoimmune diseases, which can rapidly destroy a person’s life completely. This disease is considered one of the most destructive when RA’s influence on a person’s quality of life is assessed. The physician’s task is to control the disease activity to achieve the main goal – disease remission. Research tasks were to estimate RA activity’s assessment method RAPID3 (Routine Assessment of Patient Index Data 3) and to compare it to DAS28 (Disease Activity Score 28). Aim of the study. The aim of this study is to determine whether or not a correlation exists between RA activity indices of DAS28 and RAPID3.
