Valsts kompensējamo medikamentu izsniegšana hipertensīvo slīmību pacientiem

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis bija izpētīt Valsts kompensējamo medikamentu izrakstīšanu hipertensijas slimniekiem un noteikt šīs grupas medikamentu izrakstīšanas tendences salīdzinot 2009./2011. gadu, izanalizēt procentuāli hipertensijas medikamentu izrakstīšanu pa diagnozes apakšgrupām (I10, I11, I13.) Pētījums liecina, ka pieaug kombinēto medikamentu pielietojums, pieaug arī ģenērisko medikamentu īpatsvars, salīdzinot ar oriģinālpreparātiem, un palielinās „sartānu” loma hipertensijas ārstēšanā. 2011. gadā, salīdzinot ar 2009. gadu, ir tendence pieaugt kombinēto medikamentu tirdzniecībai, tomēr ir arī vairāki medikamenti, kuru izmantošana hipertensijas ārstēšanai, ir mazinājusies.

The objective of the Bachelor’s Thesis was to analyze the State reimbursable prescription medicines for hypertension patients and to identify the drug prescribing trends over years 2009./2011, as well as to analyze the hypertension diagnosis and prescription of medicines by diagnostic subgroups (I10, I 11, I.13). The results of the study show increase in sell of the combined drugs and increase in the proportion of generic drugs in comparison with brand drugs. Also, increase in sartane for hypertension sell was noticed in 2011. Nevertheless to the increasing number of combined medications in year 2011 versus year 2009, some earlier popular anti-hypertension drug sell was reduced. Drug prescription was done according to the State reimbursement list.
