Radiogrāferu kļūdas kaulu SPECT/CT izmeklējumos

Abstract

Autora darba tēma ir “Radiogrāferu kļūdas kaulu SPECT/CT izmeklējumos”. Autors uzskata, ka tēma ir aktuāla, jo katru gadu pieaug vēža slimnieku skaits Latvijā, visizplatītākie – protastas un krūts vēzis. Šie vēža veida dod vislielākās metastāzes uz kauliem kā dēļ arī pacientus nosūta uz kaulu scintigrāfiju un iespējamo SPECT/CT. No šīs statistikas datiem autors secina, ka kaulu SPECT/CT izmeklējumam būtu jākļūst populārākam. Ir ļoti svarīgi, lai radiogrāfers būtu izglītots un kompetents, lai spētu pieņemt lēmumu par SPECT/CT veikšanu, un, iespējams, šī soļa rezultātā ārsts-radiologs varēs konstatēt metastāžu izplatību. Autors ir uzstādījis mērķi, ko īstenos ar izvirzītajiem darba uzdevumiem. Mērķis – Noskaidrot kādas ir radiogrāferu kļūdas kaulu SPECT/CT izmeklējumos.

Author's theme:”Radiographers errors on bone SPECT/CT examinations”. Author believes that this theme is actual, because every year the number of people with cancer is growing up in Latvia – the most common is prostate's and breast's cancer. These cancers are giving the biggest metastases on bones and this is the reason why patients had sent to bone scintigraphy and possible bone SPECT/CT too. From this statistic author concludes that SPECT/CT have to be become popular examination. It's very important that radiographer is education and competent to be able decide need SPECT/CT or not and maybe thanks to this step maybe doctor-radiologist could diagnose metastases. Author have target what will reach with few tasks. Target – Find out what kind of errors make radiographer on bone SPECT/CT examinations.
