Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – vispārējās anestēzijas pielietojums miastēnijas pacientiem. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka sarežģītā un no citiem pacientiem atšķirīgā anestēzijas plānošana un aprūpes nodrošināšana. Vispārējā anestēzija miastēnijas pacientiem ir izaicinājums anesteziologiem un anestēzijas māsām. Pētniecības jautājums: Kā tiek nodrošināta miastēnijas pacientu aprūpe vispārējās anestēzijas laikā? Darbā ir aprakstīts vispārējās anestēzijas pielietojums miastēnijas pacientiem un aprūpes īpatnības anestēzijas nodrošināšanas laikā. Pēc pētījuma mērķu sasniegšanas teorētiskajā daļā un kritēriju izvirzīšanas, sastādīts dokumentācijas analīzes protokols. Pētniecības metode – dokumentācijas analīze. Pētījumā iekļauti četri respondenti ar Myasthenia Gravis saslimšanu, kuriem veikta operācija vispārējās anestēzijas laikā. Theme of the thesis - application of general anestesia for patients myasthenic patients. Topicality of the subject is defined by it's complicated and different planning of anesthesia and providingcare. The use of general anesthesia on myasthenic pacients is a challenge for both - anesthetists and medical nurses. The question of the research: how are myasthenic patients treated during general anesthesia? Thesis covers the use of general anesthesia for myasthenic patients and specifics during the anesthesia. An analysis of the documentation protocol was create after achieving the objective in the theoretical part of the research and highlighting criteria. Method of research - analasys of documentation. Research includes four respondents who suffer from Myasthenia Gravis, who have undergone a surgery during general anesthesia.
