Sociālā darba prakses specifika laukos Latvijā: pieredze Kocēnu un Burtnieku novados

Abstract

Diplomdarba temats ir - sociālā darba prakses specifika laukos Latvijā: pieredze Kocēnu un Burtnieku novados. Diplomdarba mērķis ir pētīt sociālā darba prakses specifiku laukos Latvijā. Darbs ir strukturēts sešās nodaļās. Diplomdarba autores teorētiski pēta vispārējo sociālā darba praksi un sociālo darbu laukos, sociālā darbinieka pienākumus mikro, mezo un makro līmenī, lauku raksturojumu Latvijā sociālā darba kontekstā; empīriski pēta sociālā darba prakses specifiku laukos Latvijā. Sociālā darbā laukos vispiemērotākā ir vispārējā prakse, kur darbs notiek visos trīs sociālā darba līmeņos, taču sociālie darbinieki pētītajos novados lielākoties veic pienākumus tikai mikro līmenī un administratīvus pienākumus, - galvenokārt saistībā ar sociālo palīdzību. The topic of this Diploma paper is - particularity of social work practice in the countryside of Latvia: a work experience in Kocenu and Burtnieku regions. Objective of the paper is to explore specific social work practice of Latvia’s rural communities. This Diploma paper consists of six chapters. The authors of this Diploma paper examine the theoretical basis of general social work practice and social work in the countryside, responsibilities of the social worker in micro, mezo and macro level, countryside description in context of the social work in Latvia; explore by using empirical method particularity of social work practice in the countryside of Latvia. For social work in the countryside the most suitable is general practice, where the work that takes place at all three levels of the social work, but social workers in the explored regions mostly carry out their duties only at the micro level and administrative tasks - mostly related to social assistance.
