Sociālais darbs ar ģimeni pēc bērnu aprūpes tiesību atņemšanas Rīgā

Abstract

Diplomdarba temats ir „Sociālais darbs ar ģimeni pēc bērnu aprūpes tiesību atņemšanas Rīgā”. Diplomdarbs mērķis ir pētīt kā notiek sociālais darbs ar ģimeni pēc bērnu aprūpes tiesību atņemšanas. Darbs ir strukturēts trīs nodaļās, no kurām divas ietver teorētiskās literatūras analīzi, bet trešā empīriskā pētījuma aprakstu. Pētījumā tiek teorētiski analizēts augsta riska ģimeņu raksturojums un problemātika, riska faktori bērnu aprūpes tiesību atņemšanai un risku izvērtēšanas nozīme, kā arī sociālais darbs ar augsta riska ģimenēm ģimenes saglabāšanas un atkalapvienošanas pasākumus ietvaros. Empīriskais pētījums skaidro sociālo darbu ar ģimeni pēc bērnu aprūpes tiesību atņemšanas Rīgā. Secinājumos galvenokārt tiek uzsvērts tas, ka sociāli darbinieki praksē realizē līdzīgas darbības kā ārzemju praksē, tomēr Rīgā vēl būtu jāattīsta pakalpojumi, jārisina darbinieku lielās slodzes problēmas, kā arī daudz vairāk jāveicina sadarbība ar citām institūcijām. Autore secina, ka sociālie darbinieki Rīgā veic individuālu gadījuma plānošanu, veido komandu ar ārpusģimenes aprūpes institūciju sociālajiem darbiniekiem un citām institūcijām, piesaista dažādus pakalpojumus, kā arī veic pārraudzības pasākumus pēc bērna atgriešanās ģimenē. Autore uzskata, ka iespējams ir nepieciešamība pēc specifiskām programmām kā ASV, lai paaugstinātu ģimenes atkalapvienošanās skaitu.

The topic of Diploma paper is „Social work with family in Riga after child custody removal”. Objective of this paper is to explore social work with family after child custody removal. This Diploma paper consists of three chapters. The first and second chapter includes literature analyis, but the third chapter includes empirical research description. The author of this Diploma paper in a first chapter examine the theoretical basis of high-risk family characteristics, problems and risk factors of child custody removal and risk assessment significance. In second chapter author examine social work approaches with high risk families and social work within the framework of family preservation and reunification services. The empirical study explains social work with family in Riga after child custody removal. In Diploma paper conclusions is mainly emphasized that social workers in Riga implement similar actions like foreign practice, but in Riga there still is need to develop services, to address problems of social worker large caseloads and as well need to enhance cooperation with other institutions. The author concludes that social workers take an individual case planning, teams up with the placement social workers and other agencies, provide different services and carry out the post-reunification services. But author considers that maybe in Riga there is need for specific programs like in USA to promote more family reunification cases.
