Bibliotēkas personāla vadība energoinformācijas aspektā

Abstract

Bibliotēkas pastāvēšanu un mērķu sasniegšanu var nodrošināt, pievēršot uzmanību bibliotēkas personālam, jo visām izmaiņām, kurām ir pakļautas bibliotēkas, ir pakļauts arī personāls. Jebkura personāla vadības mērķis, saturs, formas un metodes jāizvēlas, ņemot vērā cilvēku kā indivīdu, kurā bioloģisko un sociālo faktoru ietekmē izveidojušās un nostiprinās tikai viņam vienam piemītošās īpašības. Līdzīgi sociālpsiholoģiskajiem dalījumiem arī energoinformatīvais dalījums, kura pamatā ir austrumu 5 elementu pasaules dalījums: Zeme, Ūdens, Metāls, Uguns un Koks, kas piešķir cilvēkiem raksturīgas uzvedības moduļus. Maģistra darba mērķis – apzināt bibliotēkas personāla atbilstību viņu personīgajai enerģijai. Energoinformācijas apzināšana un tās elementu pielietošana personālvadībā palīdz izveidot harmoniskāku darba kolektīvu. Kā pierādīja darba gaitā veiktie izpētes dati, un iegūto rezultātu apstrāde, tad izvirzītā hipotēze apstiprinās.

Operation of a library and achievement of its aims can be ensured by paying special attention to the personnel in view of the fact that the personnel is subject to any changes occurring at the library. Aims of personnel management, its forms, content and methods should selected taking into account that every individual comprises a set of specific features formed and developed by impact of various biological and social factors. Additionally to socio-psychological categories there are also energyinformative categories determining behaviour of people - Earth, Water, Metal, Fire and Wood. The purpose of these Master’s Theses is to study correspondence of library’s personnel to the type of individual energy of every employee. The study of information of individual energy and its application in personnel management would help forming a more harmonious working team. Study data and processing of results confirmed the initial hypothesis.
