Attīstoties un pilnveidojoties uzņēmējdarbībai namu apsaimniekošanas nozarē, nepārtraukti palielinās dokumentu un informācijas apjoms, līdz ar to radot problēmas, kas saistītas ar dokumentu sistēmas darbības organizācijas ievērošanu uzņēmumos. Maģistra darba mērķis ir pētīt un analizēt dokumentu sistēmas organizāciju namu apsaimniekošanas uzņēmumos Latvijā.Empīriskā pētījuma rezultātā noskaidrotas dokumentu sistēmas organizācijas tendences, identificēti faktori, kas ietekmē dokumentu sistēmas organizāciju, kā arī identificēti dokumentu sistēmas procesi, kuriem nepieciešams pievērst uzmanību turpmākai dokumentu sistēmas organizācijas uzlabošanai uzņēmumos. Iegūta informācija par esošās dokumentu sistēmas organizācijas novērtējumu, kā arī izstrādāti priekšlikumi dokumentu sistēmas organizācijas nodrošināšanai namu apsaimniekošanas uzņēmumos. Along with the development of entrepreneurship in the field of communal services, there is a constant growth of the amount of documents and information thus causing problems related to the organisation of the document systems in companies.The aim of these Master Theses is to study and analyze the organisation of document systems in communal service companies in Latvia.The Master Theses reveal the tendencies of the organisation of the document systems. The factors influencing the organisation of the document systems have been identified. The processes of document systems, that need more attention in order to provide the improvement, have been noted out. The information has been obtained about the evaluation of the current organisation of document systems. The Master Theses includes also recommendations to provide the organisation of document systems in communal service companies.
