Latvijas laukos dzīvojošo jauniešu reprezentācija un semiotiskā analīze Jura Poškus filmā "Kolka Cool"

Abstract

Darba tēma „Latvijas laukos dzīvojošo jauniešu reprezentācija un semiotiskā analīze Jura Poškus filmā ”Kolka Cool””. Pētījuma mērķis ir izpētīt kādi jauniešu tēli reprezentēti filmā ”Kolka Cool” un analizēt, vai filmā atveidotie jauniešu tēli reprezentē mūsdienu lauku jauniešus. Teorijā apskatīts, kas ir kino semiotika un realitātes reprezentācija kino, kā arī raksturoti kinematogrāfiskie izteiksmes līdzekļi, un noskaidrots, kā darbojas cilvēka uztvere skatoties kino. Metodoloģijā apskatītas izvēlētās pētniecības metodes: semiotiskā analīze un daļēji strukturēta intervija. Pētījuma ietvaros veikta filmas ”Kolka Cool” galveno varoņu analīze. Secināts, ka, lai gan filmā atveidotie jauniešu tēli ir dažādi, visiem piemīt viena kopīga iezīme – nav mērķis uz kuru tiekties. Par to, vai filmā atveidotie tēli reprezentē reālus jauniešus, viedoklis nav viennozīmīgs. Atslēgas vārdi: jaunieši, kino, Kolka Cool, realitātes reprezentācija, semiotiskā analīze.

The theme of the paper is „The representation and semiotic analysis of the youth of the Latvian countryside in the film ”Kolka Cool” by Juris Poškus’’. The aim of the work is to find out what kind of image of the youth of the Latvian countryside is represented in the movie and to analyze how the actual reality of the rural environment is represented. The theoretical part presents information about cinema semiotics, reality representation in film and mechanism of perception of film. The methodology part presents a description of semiotic analysis and semi-structured interview. The empirical part presents analysis of the main characters of the movie. The conclusion is that even though in the movie there are several characters they all have one common feature – they have no purpose in their life. There are different opinions whether the image of the youth in the movie could refer to the real world. Key words: youth, cinema, Kolka Cool, representation of the reality, semiotic analysis
