Vārda brīvības un cenzūras ētiskais un juridiskais aspekts interneta rakstu komentāros: portālu "Ir.lv" un "Diena.lv" analīze

Darbs balstās uz izpratni par vārda brīvību un atbildības konfliktu. Analizēti portālu ir.lv un diena.lv ētikas kodeksi un tiesību nozari reglamentējošie dokumenti.
Izmantotas dziļās un strukturētās intervijas ar nozares ekspertiem un portālu pārstāvjiem, lauka eksperiments un gadījuma analīze kā pētījuma dizains. Pētījuma mērķis ir raksturot lietotāju komentāru cenzūras politiku un pamata principus portālos diena.lv un ir.lv, pierādīt vai apgāzt divas izvirzītās hipotēzes. Iegūtie secinājumi raksturo interneta komentāru vides kopējo juridisko regulāciju Latvijā, kā arī iekšējo regulācijas politiku apskatītajos portālos un norāda uz konkrētiem problēmjautājumiem. Darbs sastāv no piecām nodaļām – teorijas, metodoloģijas, portālu vispārējā raksturojuma, juridiskā regulējuma analīzes un gadījuma pētījuma.

The work is based on the conflict between the concept of freedom of speech and the responsibility or accountability. Codes of ethics of the news sites diena.lv and ir.lv, and the documents on legal regulation are analysed in this work. Deep and semi-structured interviews, field experiment are the methods within the two cunducted case studies.
The aim of the work is to describe the policies and the main principles of user comments’ censorship on the internet sites of diena.lv and ir.lv, to prove or disprove the two hypothesis. Conclusions describe the overall legal regulation of the internet comment sphere in Latvia, and the inner regulation policies in the researched media, which all leads to related issues in this field. The work consists of five chapters – theory, methodology, overall description of both internet sites, analysis of the legal regulation, and the case study.
