Bibliotēku elektroniskie resursi bērniem: kvalitāte un lietotāju apmierinātība

Abstract

Mūsdienās bibliotēkām ir ļoti svarīgi nodrošināt bērnu lietotāju grupai kvalitatīvus elektroniskos pakalpojumus, jo ar katru dienu bērni aizvien vairāk izmanto internetu un informācijas tehnoloģijas, taču tajā pašā laikā paliek cieši saistīti ar tradicionālo bibliotēku. Turklāt, kvalitatīvu bērnu elektronisko resursu izstrāde spēj piesaistīt bērnus bibliotēkai. Taču, lai izstrādātu šādus resursus, ir nepieciešams ne tikai pētīt lietotāju vajadzības attiecībā uz tiem, bet arī analizēt jau izstrādātos resursus, lai attīstītu tos un veidotu jaunus kvalitatīvus resursus nākotnē. Bakalaura darbā ir pētīta Latvijas bibliotēku veidoto elektronisko resursu bērniem kvalitāte un to lietotāju apmierinātība ar tiem. Lai sasniegtu izvirzīto mērķi, tika veikta resursu kontentanalīze, bērnu fokusgrupu intervēšana un bērnu zīmējumu kontentanalīze.

Nowadays it is very important for libraries to provide high-quality electronic services for children, because of the increasing usage of internet and information technologies by them, but at the same time to remain closely linked with the traditional library. In addition, providing such services can attract children to the library. However, the development of such resources not only requires the study of the user needs, but also the analysis of already developed resources in order to improve them and create high-quality resources in the future. The research examines the quality of Latvian libraries’ electronic resources for children and the satisfaction of their users. In order to achieve the goal of the study, content analysis of the resources, focus group interviews with children, and content analysis of children’s drawings was used.
