Datorapmācības pensionāriem publiskajās bibliotēkās

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot publisko bibliotēku datorapmācību pensionāriem norisi un sekmīgumu, vai iegūtās zināšanas un prasmes apmācītie spēj izmantot, vai tiem ir iespēja tās izmantot. Noskaidrot pasniedzēju un apmācību dalībnieku viedokli par datorapmācībām. Mērķis tika sasniegts, analizējot teorētisko literatūru, veicot praktisko pētījumu, izmantojot anketēšanas un intervijas metodes, novērošanu un eksperimentu. Darbā raksturots viens no publisko bibliotēku pamatuzdevumiem – datorprasmju apguves sekmēšana. Skaidrots datorpratības jēdziens un aplūkotas ar tēmu saistītās teorijas. Darba empīriskajā daļā noskaidrots, ka datorapmācības ir rezultatīvas un apmācītie spēj iemācīties datorpratību, un iegūtās zināšanas un prasmes spēj pielietot ikdienā. The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is to explore the course of computer training for seniors at public libraries, to determine its success and whether the trained are able to use the acquired knowledge and skills and if they have the possibility to use them; to find out trainers’ and participants’ opinion on computer training. The objective was achieved by analyzing theoretical literature, through applied research, by using survey and interviewing techniques, observation, and conducting an experiment. The thesis describes one of the main tasks of public libraries – the promotion of computer skills’ acquisition. The concept of computer literacy is explained and topic-related theoretics are examined. The empirical part of the paper showed that computer training is effective and that the trained are able to acquire computer literacy, and that they are able to use the acquired knowledge and skills in everyday life.
