Sistēmu analītiķa loma un pienākumi projektu izstrādē

Abstract

Mūsdienu informāciju tehnoloģiju (IT) projektos, ļoti svarīgi ir iekļauties plānotajās izmaksās, laikā, un rezultātā iegūt kvalitatīvu produktu, kas atbilst sagaidītajam rezultātam. Taču ļoti bieži IT projektos ir problēmas ar šo nosacījumu ievērošanu. Šīs darbs ir veltīts, lai aplūkotu sistēmu analītiķa (SA) lomu un pienākumus IT projektu izstrādē. Mērķis ir izstrādāt ieteikumus SA, lai atvieglotu un paātrinātu darba pienākumu izpildi un uzlabotu darba kvalitāti reālā projektā, tādējādi palielinot iespēju projektam būt starp tiem, kas iekļaujas izmaksās, laikā, ir pieņemamā kvalitātē un atbilst izvirzītajām prasībām. Veicot SA lomas un pienākumu aplūkošana gan no teorētiskās puses, gan esošā projektā, kā arī balsoties uz darba autora pieredzi SA amatā, darba rezultātā ir izstrādāti ieteikumi SA pienākumu izpildes uzlabošanai.

Nowadays in information technology (IT) projects, it is essential to stick into the planned costs, time, and as a result get a qualitative product that meets the expectations. However, very often IT projects have problems with meeting these conditions. This work is dedicated to view the system analyst`s (SA) role and responsibilities in IT project development. The goal is to develop recommendations for SA to speed up the execution of its duties and to improve the quality in real project, thus increasing the possibility of the project to be among those, who stick into the planned cost, time, are in acceptable quality and meet customer requirements. By viewing SA role and responsibilities from the theoretical side and in real project, as well as based on author's experience in SA position, there are created recommendations for SA to improve the execution of its duties.
