| dc.description.abstract | Darba mērķis ir izvērtēt dažādas Windows Server 2008 operētājsistēmai paredzētas pretvīrusu programmas, izvērtējot to funkcionālās iespējas, kā arī veikt dažāda veida drošības pārbaudījumus, lai spētu sniegt ieteikumus funkcionalitātes un drošības ziņā drošākā pretvīrusu risinājumu izvēlē.
Darbā ir sniegts ieskats vīrusu un pretvīrusu vēsturē, to attīstībā līmeņos un darbības pamatprincipos
Darba ietveros tika apskatīta pretvīrusu programmu konfigurācija, un spēja reaģēt uz dažāda veida datorvīrusiem.

This work contains the history of the viruses and anti-viruses, their level of development and the basic operations
The main objective is to describe about anti-virus program configuration, and the ability to respond to different types of computer viruses.
