| dc.description.abstract | Java ME jeb J2ME vide tiek aprakstīta daudzās specifikācijās, un tiek piedāvātas dažādas pakotnes un rīki ātrākas, augstākas kvalitātes un funkcijām bagātāku lietojumprogrammu izstrādei. Ir daudz nosacījumu, kas jāņem vērā, izstrādājot mobilo lietojumprogrammu. Darbā tiek aprakstīti nozīmīgi Java ME lietojumprogrammu izstrādes aspekti, kas veicina ātras un funkcijām bagātas lietotnes izstrādi.
Darbā tiek veikts CLDC konfigurācijas, MIDP profila, papildus pakotņu un citu risinājumu apskats. Apskatā gūtā informācija un atziņas tiek izmantotas, lai izstrādātu risinājumu mobilajai lietojumprogrammai AroundMe. Risinājums tiek izstrādāts NetBeans vidē, un tā darbība tiek pārbaudīta uz ierīču emulatoriem un Nokia E72 tālruņa. Funkcionālo prasību testēšanas process uz emulatoriem norit līdzīgi kā uz Nokia tālruņa. Kā svarīgākie risinājumi tiek izcelti LWUIT rīks un NetBeans piedāvātās iespējas Java ME lietojumprogrammu izstrādē, piegādē, instalācijā un testēšanā.

| dc.description.abstract | Java ME or J2ME environment is described in many specifications and there are different packages and tools for development of more rapid, higher quality and more functional applications. Many conditions need to be considered while developing Java ME application. The paper describes important aspects of Java ME application development and lists conditions which promote making of fast and feature-rich applications.
The paper includes study of CLDC configuration, MIDP profile, optional packages and programming interfaces. The results of the study are used to develop solution for mobile application AroundMe. The solution is designed in NetBeans environment and tested on emulators and actual Nokia E72 device. Testing of functional requirements showed similar results on emulators and actual device. Key solutions are use of LWUIT tool and the features offered by NetBeans integrated development environment to code, deploy, install and test the application.
