Mykoob funkcionalitātes izstrāde - izglītojamo datu pārvaldība

Abstract

Mykoob mācību sociālais tīkls ļauj pārvaldīt mācību procesu skolām. Atbilstoši viena no datu grupām sistēmā ir izglītojamie, kuru ir nepieciešams pārvaldīt.

Kvalifikācijas darba mērķis ir atvieglot izglītojamo datu pārvaldi, kuri izstrādājamajā sadaļā ietver vispārēju informāciju par pašiem izglītojamajiem, kā arī piesaistītajiem vecākiem, klasēm un skolas. Pārvaldīšanas procesam ir jābūt ērtam, intuitīvam un funkcionālam.

Galvenie uzdevumi iekļauj sadaļas izveidošanu, kurā varētu veikt izglītojamo datu pārvaldīšanu, ieviešot jaunas, Mykoob vēl neizmantotas tehnoloģijas, kā arī izmantojot daļu no jau pārbaudītajām. Paveiktais ir jādokumentē ar programmatūras prasību specifikāciju un programmatūras projektējuma aprakstu, kā arī ar papildus dokumentāciju, kura ir nepieciešama kvalifikācijas darbam.

Darba rezultātā tika izveidota jauna izglītojamo sadaļa Mykoob sistēmā, kura ir pieejama no datu vai klases datu sadaļas galvenajā izvēlnē.

Mykoob is an educational social network, which enables schools to manage the process of education. Accordingly one of the data groups in the system is students, which must be managed.

The goal of the qualification work is to ease student data management, which in the section that is being developed includes general information about the same students, also it includes attached parents, classes and school. The management process must be convenient, intuitive and functional.

The main objectives include the creation of a section, which enables the management of student data by using new, so far unused technologies in Mykoob, also using parts of already tested ones. The accomplished things must be documented with software requirements specification and software design description, also with extra documentation, which is required for the qualification work.

As a result of the work a new student section in the Mykoob system was developed, which can be accessed from data or class data section in the main menu.
