Projekta sfēras un laika pārvaldības uzlabošana konkrētā uzņēmumā

Abstract

Autore, strādājot uzņēmumā, ir novērojusi, ka notiekošajiem projektiem pārsvarā ir tendence nobīdīties no līgumā atrunātajiem nodošanas termiņiem, jo tie nereti tika izstrādāti haotiski un veicamie darbi projekta laikā netika skaidri definēti. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noteikt cēloņus un problēmas, kas veicināja neveiksmīgu projektu realizāciju, un piedāvāt iespējamos risinājumus, lai šādu problēmu iestāšanos mazinātu nākotnē citos projektos. Galvenie uzdevumi ir izpētīt literatūras avotos, kā iespējams uzlabot projekta realizāciju uzņēmumā, intervēt uzņēmuma atbildīgās personas par tiem projektiem, kuri bija neveiksmīgi, un apkopot galvenās problēmas, kas bija neveiksmju cēlonis. Rezultātā ir izstrādāti ieteicamie risinājumi problēmām, un viens no svarīgākajiem risinājumiem ir sistēmas ieviešanas vadlīnijas izstrāde.

Bachelor thesis: Project scope and time management improvement in a particular enterprise.

The author, working in a particulat enterprise has observed that the ongoing projects in general have a tendency to drift out of a contractually agreed deadlines, as they often were developed chaotically and working tasks during the project were not clearly defined. The goal of the bachelor work is to determine the causes and the problems that contributed to the failure of implementation of projects, and to offer possible solutions to minimize the occurrences of such problems in the future in other projects. The main objectives are to study literature regarding the possibilities to improve the implementation of the projects in the particular enterprise, to interview the persons in the enterprise responsible for the projects that were unsuccessful, and summarize the main issues that were the cause of the failure. In the result are developed the recommended solutions of the problems, and one of the most important solutions is the implementation of the system design guidelines.
