SIA "PLUS PUNKTS" finanšu analīze

Abstract

Diplomdarba nosaukums ir „SIA Plus Punkts finanšu analīze”. Diplomdarba mērķis ir veikt SIA Plus Punkts finanšu analīzi, izdarīt secinājumus par veikto analīzi un sniegt priekšlikumus SIA Plus Punkts darbības uzlabošanai. Diplomdarba pētījuma periods aptver laika posmu no 2003. gada līdz 2007. gadam. Diplomdarbs sastāv no trīs nodaļām, kas sīkāk tiek sadalītas apakšnodaļās. Pirmajā nodaļā ir raksturota finanšu analīzes būtība un nepieciešamība. Otrajā nodaļā tie apskatīts uzņēmums, tā vēsture, darbības specifika, kā arī bilances struktūra. Trešajā nodaļā tiek apskatīti galvenie finanšu analīzes rādītāji no teorētiskā aspekta. Balstoties uz teorētisko bāzi un SIA Plus Punkts gada pārskatos atspoguļotajiem datiem, tiek veikts finanšu analīzes rādītāju aprēķins un analīze. Diplomdarba nobeigumā tiek veikti secinājumi un izvirzīti priekšlikumi uzņēmuma finanšu rādītāju uzlabošanā. Lai izstrādātu diplomdarbu tika izmantoti informācijas avoti – diplomdarba tēmai atbilstoša zinātniskā literatūra, Latvijas Republikas likumdošanas akti, SIA Plus Punkts gada pārskati par 2004., 2005., 2006. un 2007. gadu un SIA Plus Punkts mājas lapa. Diplomdarba kopējais apjoms ir 62 lappuses, pētījumā ir ietverti 17 attēli, 20 tabulas un 9 pielikumi.

The name of Graduation paper is “Financial analysis of Plus Punkts Ltd.”. The objective of Graduation paper is to do financial analysis of Plus Punkts Ltd., make conclusions about financial analysis and to make proposal for Plus Punkts to achieve better financial results. The Graduation paper covers the period of research from the year 2003 until year 2007. The Graduation paper consists of three main chapters, which are deeper divided into sublevels. In the first chapter is described substance of financial analysis and its necessity. Second chapter is about Plus Punkts history, operation specific and vertical and horizontal analysis of balance. Third chapter is about theoretical aspects of financial ratios. Financial ratios, calculations and analyze are based on theoretical aspects and annual reports of Plus Punkts Ltd. At the end of Graduation paper are conclusion about financial conditions of Plus Punkts Ltd. and proposal to improve financial ratios. To work out the Graduation paper author has used scientific works, statutes of Republic of Latvia, and annual reports of Plus Punkts Ltd. from the year 2004 until year 2007 and web page of Plus Punkts Ltd. Graduation paper contains 62 pages, 17 graphics, 20 tables and 9 annexes.
