Abstract

Diplomdarba „Saimnieciskās darbības attīstība uzņēmumā SIA Wm H.Muller Baltic Ltd” mērķis ir veikt uzņēmuma finansiālās darbības analīzi laika posmā no 2005. – 2007. gadam, apkopot iegūtos datus, noskaidrot tā attīstības tendences, riskus un nākotnes perspektīvas, saimnieciskās darbības pozitīvus momentus un problēmas, kā arī pamatojoties uz analīzes rezultātiem, izstrādāt rekomendācijas uzņēmuma finanšu darbības uzlabošanai. Mērķa īstenošanai darba gaitā ar plaši pazīstamu metožu palīdzību un balstoties uz uzņēmuma gada pārskatu datiem tika veikta uzņēmuma finanšu un saimnieciskās darbības analīze un dots kopējais finansiālā stāvokļa novērtējums, kā arī novērtēta uzņēmuma kopēja pamatdarbība, nākotnes perspektīvas, izstrādāti priekšlikumi uzņēmuma finanšu un saimnieciskās darbības uzlabošanai. Diplomdarba pētījuma objekts ir uzņēmums SIA „Wm H.Muller Baltic Ltd”, kas tika dibināts 1995. gadā un īsā laikā spēja ieņemt augstu pozīciju Latvijas tirgū, piedāvājot visu veidu pakalpojumus, kas ir saistīti ar kravu transportēšanu, kuģu un prāmju apkalpošanu. Diplomdarbs sastāv no ievada, trim nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Pirmā nodaļā ir apkopoti saimnieciskās darbības analīzes teorētiskie aspekti, otrā nodaļā ir uzņēmuma vispārējais raksturojums un galveno finanšu rādītāju aprēķināšana un trešā nodaļā ir apskatīts darbs ar debitoriem. Darbā izmantotas sekojošas saimnieciskās darbības analīzes metodes: galveno finanšu radītāju analīze, vertikālā un horizontālā analīze un bankrota prognozēšanas metode. Diplomdarba apjoms ir 74 lapas. Darbā ietilpst 36 tabulas, 9 attēli, 1 shēma un 5 pielikumi.

Diploma work named „ Comercial activities development of enterprise "Wm H. Muller Baltic" LTD” a purpose is to execute the analysis of the enterprise financial action in a time link from 2005. – 2007. year, to summarize the obtained datas, to find out tendency, risks and future perspective, positive moments and problems of the economic action of this development, as also ground on analysis results, to produce action of recommendation enterprise finances improve. Purpose carry out in work motion with the help of spacious known methods and leaning on datas of enterprise year reviews was executed enterprise finances and analysis of the economic action and the general estimation of the financial state is given, as also an enterprise general basicaction, future perspective appreciate, produced suggestions enterprise finances and improve of the economic action. Diploma work research object is enterprise SIA „Wm H.Muller Baltic Ltd”, what was founded in 1995. year and in a short space of time can take a high position in the Latvia market, offering favours, which are linked with the portage of loads, service of unn of ships ferries of all kinds. Diploma work includes introduction, three parts, conclusions and suggestions. In the first part are a department summarized analysis of the economic action theoretical aspects, in a second department there is the enterprise universal description and calculation of pointers of the main finances and in the third part is described work with debitors. At work following analysis of the economic action methods were used: result of the main finances analysis, vertical and horizontal analysi and the possible bankrupt method. A diploma work volume is 74 sheets, 36 tables, 9 images, 1 schema and 5 appendixes, contain at work.
