Abstract

Diplomdarba tēmas nosaukums ir darba samaksa un tās uzskaite Latvijas Valsts robežsardzē. Pastāv divi plašāk izplatīti veidi kā gūt ieņēmumus. Viens no tiem ir veikt komercdarbību, bet otrs – strādāt pie darba devēja, un saņemt darba samaksu par savu darbaspēju pārdošanu. Šī tēma ir aktuāla, jo skar tikpat kā visus darbspējas vecumā esošos. Diplomdarba mērķis ir izanalizējot LR likumdošanas aktos iestrādātās prasības, izvērtēt darba samaksas sistēmu Valsts robežsardzē un dot priekšlikumus to uzlabošanā. Diplomdarbs sastāv no vienpadsmit nodaļām. Darba pirmajā nodaļā ir iepazīšanās ar darba samaksas jēdzienu. Otrajā daļā parādīti darba samaksas veidi. Trešajā daļā ir aprakstīta darba likumdošana. Ceturtajā daļā parādīti piemaksu un papildsamaksu veidi. Piektajā un sestajā daļā attiecīgi attēlota atvaļinājuma un slimības laika apmaksa. Septītajā daļā atspoguļota komandējumu izdevumu atlīdzināšanas kārtība. Astotajā nodaļā atainoti ieturējumi no darba samaksas. Devītajā un desmitajā nodaļā ir aprakstīta darba un tā samaksas dokumentācija, uzskaite un kontrole. Vienpadsmitajā nodaļā izanalizēta darba samaksas uzskaites kārtība Valsts robežsardzē. Diplomdarba apjoms ir 73 lpp, darbs satur 7 tabulas, 2 formulas, 3 attēlus un 7 pielikumus. Darba izstrādē izmantoti 26 informācijas avots.

Diploma Works theme is the wages and its records in Latvia's State Border Guard. There are two more common ways to raise revenue. One of them is to carry out commercial activities, while the other - to work for an employer, and receive pay for work of its sales. This theme is a pressing concern in virtually all working-age. Diploma aims is analyzing the legislative LR legislative requirements, to evaluate the wage system in the State Border Guard and make proposals for their improvement. Graduation is composed of eleven chapters. In the first chapter is a presentation of the concept of pay. The second part shows the types of pay. The third section describes the labor law. The fourth part shows the premium and the additional payment forms. The fifth and sixth respectively depict a part of vacation and sick time payments. The seventh paragraph of the mission reflected cost-reimbursement arrangements. Eighth chapter reflected deductions from wages. Ninth and tenth chapter describes the work and the pay records, accounting and control. Eleventh chapter analysis of the pay records at the State Border Guard.
