Abstract

Maģistra darba temats – projekts: veselības centra izveidošana. Darba autors – Latvijas Universitātes Finanšu un vadības fakultātes studente Anastasija Sidorenko. Darba vadītājs – M.ekon., lektors Ivars Vanags. Darba saturs sastāv no 8 daļām un 2 pielikumiem. Pirmajā daļā tiek aprakstīti projekta ideja un aktualitātes pamatojums. Pasaulē šī joma ir viena no vadošajām, jo cilvēki vairs nevar iedomāties savu dzīvi bez veselības, atpūtas un relaksācijas. Daudzi, kuri spēj to atļauties, ierīko tādus centrus savās mājās, citi meklē brīvo laiku, lai aizietu uz publisko centru. Latvijā šī joma sāka attīstīties nesen, bet jau ir redzami rezultāti un vairākās pilsētās jau ir atvērušies tādi uzņēmumi. Rīgā piedāvājums ir ļoti liels un daudzveidīgs, bet tiek izstrādāts universāls, pilnveidots un uz pieprasījumu atbilstošs, veselības centra dibināšanas projekts. Galvenais SIA „Veselības CENTRS” uzdevums ir sniegt rūpīgu, augstas kvalitātes pakalpojumu klāstu un augsta līmeņa apkalpošanu, kas veicinātu klienta veselību, labsajūtu, perfektu tīrību un higiēnas normu ievērošanu, kā arī komfortablu atmosfēru atrodoties veselības centra telpās, gan pakalpojuma sniegšanas laikā, gan arī pirms un pēc tā. Uzņēmuma atrašanās vieta ir Rīgas pilsētas centrālais sektors un līdz ar to arī ļoti apdzīvots. Šajā rajonā ik dienas apgrozās tūkstošiem cilvēku, tāpēc uzņēmumam nebūs problemātiski piesaistīt potenciālo darbinieku un klientu uzmanību. Autors uzskata, ka ģeogrāfiskie raksturlielumi raksturīgi esošai tirgus nišai kā īpaši nozīmīgi. Uzņēmuma atrašanās vieta ir centrālais sektors un viens no visblīvāk apdzīvotājiem rajoniem, līdz ar to tiek paredzēts stabils pieprasījums pēc pakalpojumiem, kuri potenciālajiem klientiem būs kā fiziski, tā arī morāli viegli pieejami. Uz uzņēmuma klientu analīzes pamata, galvenokārt veselības centra apmeklētāju skaits orientējas uz Centra rajonu, Latgales priekšpilsētu, Vidzemes priekšpilsētu un daļēji uz Ziemeļu rajonu iedzīvotājiem, kur galvenā iedzīvotāju mērķa grupa ir no Latgales priekšpilsētas, jo šajā rajonā nokoncentrēti vairāk nekā 25% no visiem Rīgas pilsētas iedzīvotājiem. Paredzot iespējamās problēmas un riskus uzņēmumā, tiek izstrādāts pasākumu plāns, kas mazinātu vai novērstu nelabvēlīgo faktoru iedarbības sekas. Darba apjoms 79 lappusēs, darbs satur 26 tabulas, 8 attēlu, divi pielikumi, izmantoto avotu un literatūras vienību daudzums 29.

The theme of the masters degree project: a construction of a health center The author – student of Latvian University of Finance and Management Faculty- Anastasia Sidorenko. Project leader – M.ekon., Lecturer Ivars Vanags. The contents consist of eight parts and two annexes.The first part describes the idea of the project and news reasons. In the world, this area is one of the leading, because people can no longer imagine their lives without health, recreation and relaxation. The many who can afford it, makes these centers in their houses, others are looking for free time to go to a public center. Latvia began to develop in this area recently, but it is already showing results, and in several cities there have already developed such companies. In Riga, the offers are very much and diversed, but the project of multi-purpose, improved and adequate for the demand health center is being developed. Company location sector is defined in the fourth paragraph and is described in the Health Centre's profile and service description. It is not possible to determine the health centers place in the industry in numbers, due to lack of statistical data. It is planned that in the end of the first year or in the start of the second year’s operation, the health center provides and occupies a leading position in the industry. Health sports club will offer various services that can be used to maintain a good physical shape, improve or stabilize your health as well give you places to relax after exhausting workouts that are orientated to a good state of health maintenance rather than treatment. The online shops, which are offering a lower price and discounts for large orders, are chosen to be the suppliers of the healt center. Project implementation sequence and steps shown in scheme format, where there are checkpoints for each activity and period. Based on the performed financial calculations made in the seventh chapter, the conclusion is that the company's founding project will survive and make profits from the actions, possibly to prepare project. After the finance profit and loss calculation, and drawing up of the cost and revenue plan, the project of the company will repay itselft within 3 years. The loan is repaid for 24 months and health center will move to the expanding business opportunities, which is scheduled for two years to introduce new services and, after four years to open another branch in Riga. Particular attention is paid to the company's potential risks, which the company during its start-up and the whole operation may encounter various types of risks and problems that might interfere with the successful development and promote actions delay or even dissolution. Therefore, on the results of the the potential risks and problems analysis, there has been made a different risk-reduction package, which focuses on risk factor limiting and the elimination of it in its emergence stage. Anticipating potential problems and risks of the company, there is being developed an action plan to reduce or eliminate the adverse effects of exposure factors. 79 pages of the extent of work, the work contains 26 tables, 8 figures, two appendixes, sources and literature unit quantity 29.
