| dc.description.abstract | Maģistra darba tēma ir "Videi draudzīgu rīcību vadlīnijas lauku pašvaldībām: Neretas novads". Videi draudzīgas rīcības nacionālā līmenī ir maz pētīta joma. Tādēļ darbā ir veikts pētījums par videi draudzīgām rīcībām, konkrēti pētot Neretas novada mājsaimniecības. Darbā apskatītie problēmbloki ir trīs - videi draudzīgas infrastruktūras nodrošinājums; videi draudzīgas rīcības mērķgrupu sadarbībā; videi draudzīgu paradumu virzību uz videi draudzīgu rīcību kopumu.
Maģistra darba pirmajā daļā ir veikta akadēmiskās literatūras un likumdošanas analīze. Darba ietvaros ir veikts socioloģiskais pētījums, ietverot ekspertu intervijas un iedzīvotāju anketēšanu. Autore, vērtējot iegūtos socioloģiskā pētījuma rezultātus, ir sniegusi apkopojošu un vispārīgu informācija par to cik lielā mērā Neretas novada iedzīvotāji piekopj videi draudzīgas rīcības, kā arī kāds ir iedzīvotāju videi draudzīgu rīcību pašnovērtējums. Pamatojoties uz pētījuma rezultātiem, darba nobeigumā ir izstrādātas videi draudzīgas rīcības vadlīnijas lauku pašvaldībām ar konkrētām rīcībām Neretas novadam.
Darbs sastāv no 7 nodaļām, 4 tabulām un 22 attēliem.

| dc.description.abstract | Masters thesis is Environmentally friendly action guidelines for rural local governments: Nereta municipality. Environmentally friendly action at national level is rarely studied. Therefore in master work environmentally friendly action, particulary in Nereta municipality housholds is researched. The three research cases are – provision of environmentally friendly infrastructure, environmentally friendly action in cooperation between target groups; evolution of environmentally friendly habits towards the whole complect of environmentally friendly action.
The academic literature and legislation is analyzed in first chapter of theses. Sociological survey including expert interviews and resident poll was made in the course of work. Author, after evaluating results of the sociological survey, give summary and general information about to which extent residents of Nereta municipality practice environmentally friendly actions and what is their self-appraisal concerning environmentally friendly actions. In conclusion, based on the results of the study, are formulated environmentally friendly action guidelines for rural municipalities with certain actions regarding Nereta municipality.
Work consists of seven chapters, 4 tables and 22 images.
