Ārvalstu tiešās investīcijas kā Latvijas ekonomiskās izaugsmes faktors

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā ir izpētīta ārvalstu tiešo investīciju vide, teorijas, piesaistes sistēma Latvijā, kā arī ārvalstu tiešo investīciju ietekme uz Latvijas ekonomisko izaugsmi saskaņā ar NAP 2014-2020 mērķiem. Bakalaura darba pirmā nodaļā ir teorētiska. Tajā, balstoties uz zinātniskās literatūras izpēti, tiek aprakstīts ārvalstu tiešo investīciju jēdziens, teorijas, kā arī ārvalstu tiešo investīciju ietekme uz ekonomisko izaugsmi. Tiek aprakstīts arī modernas industriālās politikas jēdziens. Darba otrā nodaļā ir analītiska. Tajā, balstoties uz Latvijas Bankas, Centrālās statistikas pārvaldes un Eurostat statistiskajiem datiem, tiek aplūkota ārvalstu tiešo investīciju piesaistes sistēma Latvijā, ārvalstu tiešo investīciju mērķa valstis un nozares, kā arī ārvalstu tiešo investīciju vide Latvijā. Darba trešā nodaļa ir pētnieciska, tajā balstoties uz NAP 2014-2020 mērķiem, tiek pētīta valsts ekonomiskās izaugsmes iespējas, kā arī, balstoties uz empīrisko modeli tiek pētīts vai ārvalstu tiešajām investīcijām ilglaicīgā vai īslaicīgā periodā ir pozitīva vai negatīva ietekme uz Latvijas ekonomisko izaugsmi. In this bachelor’s work includes research on foreign direct investment environment, theory, foreign direct investment attachment system, as well as the foreign direct investment impact on the Latvian economic growth in line with the objectives of the NAP 2014-2020. Bachelor thesis of the first section is theoretical. At the basis of the scientific literature, are described foreign direct investment in the concept, theory, and foreign direct investment impact to economic growth. Also are described a modern industrial policy concept. Second chapter presents the analytical. At the basis of the Latvian Bank, the Central Statistical Bureau and Eurostat, the statistical data is analyzed foreign direct investment attraction environment and objectives, the Latvian foreign direct investment attraction in countries and sectors, as well as the Latvian system of attracting investment. Chapter Three is a research, based on the objectives of the NAP 2014-2020, explores the country's economic growth prospects, as well as on the basis of an empirical model is studied in foreign direct investments or long-term or short-term period is positive or negative impact on the Latvian economic growth.
