Ekonomisko attīstību valstu pieredze pensiju sistēmu veidošanā iedzīvotāju novecošanās apstākļos

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā „Ekonomisko attīstību valstu pieredze pensiju sistēmu veidošanā iedzīvotāju novecošanās apstākļos” ir noskaidrota sabiedrības novecošanās ietekme uz valsts pensiju sistēmu. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no trīs nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā apskatīta teorija par pensiju sistēmu veidiem un sabiedrības novecošanos. Otrajā nodaļā apskatītas Vācijas un Zviedrijas valsts pensiju sistēmas izmaiņas saistībā ar sabiedrības novecošanos. Trešajā nodaļā ir izpētītas Latvijas valsts pensiju sistēmas pamatnostādnes saistībā ar sabiedrības novecošanos un anketas analīze. Darbā tiek secināts, ka ir divas metodes, kā var pielāgot valsts pensiju sistēmu sabiedrības novecošanās apstākļiem un ko izmanto valstis- parametru reforma un parauga reforma. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 72 lapaspusēm, 21 attēliem un 1 pielikuma.

In bachelor thesis „ Experience of economic development countries in formation of public pension system in the circumstances of population” the main aim of the study is to find the population aging influence on public pension system. The bachelor thesis consists of three parts. In the first section the theory of pension system types and population aging is analysed. In the second section the author analyses population aging influence on pension systems adjustments in Germany and Sweden. Section three is devoted to the analysis of empirical findings where the pension system’s approach related to society ageing in Latvia and questionnaire of residents is analysed. In conclusion there are 2 methods how to adjust state pension system to population aging condition – paradigmatic and parametric reform.
