Abstract

Aiga Ose. Bakalaura darbs. „Uzņēmuma „Remtals Būve” finanšu stāvokļa analīze”. Darba mērķis: veikt uzņēmuma „Remtals Būve” finanšu stāvokļa analīzi un izstrādāt priekšlikumus tā uzlabošanai. Darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā veikta literatūras finanšu vadībā analīze – apkopota informācija no Latvijas un ārvalstu zinātnieku un praktiķu darbiem, publikācijām rakstu krājumos, periodikā un grāmatās par finanšu analīzi un uzņēmuma finanšu stāvokļa novērtēšanu. Otrajā nodaļā veikta būvniecības nozares krīzes apstākļos analīze. Pētīts, kā izmaiņas tajā ietekmēja uzņēmuma „Remtals Būve” darbību. Trešajā nodaļā pētīti un analizēti uzņēmuma „Remtals Būve” finanšu stāvokli raksturojošie rādītāji, analizētas to izmaiņas. Pamatojoties uz pētījuma rezultātiem, novērtēts uzņēmuma „Remtals Būve” finanšu stāvoklis un izvirzīti priekšlikumi tā uzlabošanai. Uzņēmuma „Remtals Būve” finanšu stāvokļa analīzes rezultātā atklājās zināmas problēmas, kopumā uzņēmuma finanšu stāvoklis vērtējams kā apmierinošs ar tendenci pamazām, pēc piedzīvotās krīzes un būvniecības nozares lejupslīdes, uzlaboties. Uzņēmumam „Remtals Būve”, lai uzlabotu savu finanšu stāvokli, nepieciešams paaugstināt rentabilitāti – pārskatīt cenu politiku un optimizēt izmaksas. Uzņēmumam, lai tas laikus un pilnā apmērā spētu dzēst saistības, jāseko debitoru norēķiniem un stingri tie jāuzrauga. Darba izstrādē izmantoti 33 resursi. Darba apjoms ir 65 lappuses, tajā iekļautas 9 tabulas, 12 attēli, 18 formulas. Atslēgvārdi: būvniecības nozare, bilance, peļņas vai zaudējumu aprēķins, finanšu koeficienti.

Aiga Ose. The Bachelor Paper. „The Financial Condition Analysis of the Company “Remtals Būve””. The Paper aim is: to make the financial condition analysis and develop proposals for its improvement of the Company “Remtals Būve”. The Bachelor Paper consists of three chapters. The first chapter focuses on literature in financial management studies - summarized in the Latvian and foreign authors works, publications in scientific collections, periodicals and books. The second chapter focuses on the building industry in crisis characteristics. Examine, how the changes affected the company's “Remtals Būve” work activities. The third chapter examines and analysis the company`s “Remtals Būve” financial indicators and its changes, analysis the company's financial condition. Based on the results of the Paper, evaluated the company “Remtals Būve” in the financial conditon and make proposals for it improvement. Company “Remtals Būve” financial condition analysis revealed some problems, the company's overall financial situation assessed as satisfactory with the trend gradually and experienced crisis and recession in the construction industry, to improve. The company “Remtals Būve” in order to improve its financial situation, it is necessary to improve efficiency - to review pricing and optimize costs. The company, to timely and full commitment to be able to delete, followed by accounts receivable and accounts are closely monitored. The Bachelor Paper expands over 65 pages, it consists 9 tables, 12 figures, 18 formulas. In the elaboration of Bachelor Paper are applied 33 sources. Key words: building industry, the balance sheet, income statement, financial ratios.
