Projekts: Uzņēmuma "Skaistāk" izveidošana

Abstract

Projekta ideja ir izveidot poligrāfijas servisu „Skaistāk” un piedāvāt klientiem dizaina un drukas pakalpojumus. „Skaistāk” ir reālais projekts, kuru autore īsteno kopā ar savu ģimeni.Projekta izveidošanas mērķis ir risināt vai minimizēt problēmas, kuras pastāv poligrāfijas nozarē Latvijā. Uzņēmuma piedāvāto produkciju var sadalīt divos veidos – produkcija, kuru uzņēmums pārdod, ka starpnieks (digitāla un ofseta druka), produkcija, kuru uzņēmums ražo pats (lielformāta druka). Ideja ir aktuāla, jo poligrāfijas nozare ir ļoti perspektīva.Uzņēmums tiek reģistrēts 2012.g., ka SIA mikrouzņēmuma nodokļa maksātājs.Uzņēmuma pamatkapitāls ir 1 261 LVL, sadalīts 97 daļās, vienas daļas nominālvērtība ir 13 LVL. Sabiedrības pamatkapitāls bija apmaksāts naudā. Uzņēmumam „Skaistāk” ir viens īpašnieks, kura līdzdalība pamatkapitālā veido 100%.

The concept of the project is to create a polygraphic service „Skaistāk” and to offer to clients printing services and a design development. It is the real project, which author implements together with her family.The purpose of creation of the project is to solve or minimise problems which are in polygraphic industry in Latvia. Production offered by the enterprise can be divided into 2 types – production which the enterprise extends as the intermediary and production which the enterprise produces.The enterprise is registered in 2012 as limited responsibility society the payer of the microenterprise tax with capital asset of 1 261 Ls. The capital asset is divided into 97 parts, one nominal part constitutes 13 Ls. The capital asset has been paid by money resources. The enterprise has one owner, which participation in capital asset 100 %.
