Projekts: Plastmasas pieņemšanas uzņēmuma izveidošana

Abstract

Maģistra darbā „Projekts: Plastmasas pieņemšanas uzņēmuma izveidošana” ir izstrādāts biznesa plāns plastmasas pieņemšanas uzņēmuma dibināšanai. Projekta ideja ir izveidot uzņēmumu, kas nodarbosies ar plastmasas pieņemšanu Rīgā par noteikto cenu, eksportēs to uz Tallinu, kur pārdos Igaunijas atkritumu pārstrādes kompānijai Nelitäht OÜ, kas spēj pārstrādāt arī tādus iepakojumus kā kečupa, majonēzes un šampūna pudeles, kas līdz šim tika atzītas par nederīgām pārstrādei. Uzņēmumi Latvijā nodarbojas ar plastmasas savākšanu, bet tas notiek bezmaksas un iedzīvotāji nav tik ieinteresēti atkritumu šķirošanā. Latvijā vairākas vietas stāv šķirošanas konteineri, kas ir ērti, bet nevar kontrolēt ko cilvēki met konteinerā, kas savukārt ir svarīgi. Galvenā projektu ideja ir izdarīt tā, lai Latvijas iedzīvotāji būtu ieinteresēti atkritumu šķirošanā. Lai cilvēki uzzinātu par to, cik svarīgi ir nodot atkritumus pareizajā vietā, nevis izmest tos uz ielas.

In the master paper „Project: Business creation of plastic gathering” is developed the business plan of creation of plastic gathering company. The idea is to create a company that will buy a plastic from the people in Riga for the definite price, then, will export it to Tallinn, Estonia, where will sell to the recycling company Nelitäht OÜ, which is capable of processing and packagings such as ketchup, mayonnaise and shampoo bottles that have so far been identified as unfit for recycling. Companies in Latvia work in collection of plastic, but it is free and people are not interested in waste sorting. In Latvia in some places stand sorting containers which is convenient, but it is dificult to control what people throw in a container. The main idea of the project is to make Latvian people to be interested in waste sorting. To learn people about how it is important to deliver waste in the right place, not to throw it away in the street.
