Notekūdeņu dūņu apsaimniekošana Latvijā

Abstract

Maģistra darbs „Notekūdeņu dūņu apsaimniekošana Latvijā” atspoguļo dūņu apsaimniekošanu integrētas ūdens resursu pārvaldības un ilgtspējīgas apsaimniekošanas kontekstā, apskata dūņu apsaimniekošanas tehnoloģijas, sniedz ieskatu par dūņu apsaimniekošanu Latvijā. Ar Salacgrīvas gadījuma izpētes piemēra un interviju palīdzību, autors identificē galvenos problēmblokus, uz kuriem balstoties, tiek sniegti dūņu apsaimniekošanas priekšlikumi ilgtspējīgai notekūdeņu dūņu apsaimniekošanai. Secināts, ka pētāmajā jomā ir problēmas ar statistiskajiem datiem, mērķgrupu sadarbību, nepieciešama dūņu apsaimniekošanas stratēģija, dūņu apsaimniekošana jāintegrē dažāda līmeņa plānošanas dokumentos, lai tādējādi iniciētu dūņu resursu otrreizēju izmantošanu.

Master’s Thesis "Sewage sludge management in Latvia" reflects the sludge management in the context of integrated water resource management and sustainable management. It examines sludge management technologies and provides insight into sludge management in Latvia. With an example of the Salacgrīva case study and interviews, the author identifies key problems, on the basis of which proposals are provided for sustainable sewage sludge management. Elaboration of the thesis allowed author to conclude, that there are problems with statistical data and cooperation between the stakeholders. Sludge management strategy is required, sludge management issues should be integrated into the various levels of planning in order to initiate the sludge resource reuse.
