| dc.description.abstract | Bakalaura darba nosaukums ir Rīgas pašvaldības SIA „Rīgas satiksme” finansiālā stāvokļa analīze un novērtējums.
Bakalaura darba mērķis ir pamatojoties uz literatūras avotu sakopotai teorētiskai informācijai veikt finanšu analīzi Rīgas pašvaldības SIA „Rīgas satiksme” par 2009.- 2011. gadu, pēc kuras izvērtēt uzņēmuma finansiālo stāvokli un sniegt novērtējumu.
Bakalaura darba uzdevumi:
1.Pēc Latvijas un ārvalstu autoru literatūras apkopot teorētisko informāciju un finanšu analīzei piemērotās aprēķināšanas metodes.
2.Balstoties uz izpētītās teorētiskās informācijas un uzņēmumu finanšu pārskatu bāzes veikt uzņēmuma horizontālo un vertikālo analīzi pēc kuras izvērtēt uzņēmuma finansiālo stāvokli.
3.Aprēķināt SIA „Rīgas satiksme” likviditātes, maksātspējas, aprites un rentabilitātes koeficientus un sniegt to novērtējumu.
4.Veikt uzņēmuma maksātspējas prognozes analīzi pēc E. Altmana Z modeļa.
5.Veikt RP SIA „Rīgas satiksme” ilgtermiņa attīstības stratēģijas nākotnes izpēti.
6.Veikt SVID analīzi pēc kuras noteikt uzņēmuma stiprās un vājās puses.
Bakalaura darba nobeigumā tiek izteikti secinājumi un sniegti priekšlikumi par veikto pētījumu un izvērtēti praktiskajā daļā iegūtie rezultāti.
Darba apjoms ir 72 lappuses, kurās ietilpst 9 attēli, 17 tabulas, 30 formulas, 27 informācijas avoti un 6 pielikumi.

| dc.description.abstract | The name of this bachelor's work is Analysis and evaluation of the financial state of Riga municipal enterprise "Rīgas Satiksme, ltd."
The aim of the work is to provide a financial analysis, based on collected literary sources and theoretical information, for Rīgas Satiksme, ltd. in the 2009-2011 period, and to evaluate the financial state of the company.
Tasks of the work:
1.To gather theoretical information and estimation methods appropriate for financial analysis, using literature provided by Latvian and foreign authors.
2.To provide horizontal and vertical analysis of the company, based on the gathered theoretical information and company’s financial overview, in order to evaluate the financial state of the company.
3.To calculate the liquidity ratio, paying the capability ratio, the turnover ratio and the rentability ratio of Rīgas Satiksme, ltd. and provide evaluation of these factors.
4.To provide company’s paying capacity prognosis analysis, using Altman Z-score.
5.To study long-term development strategies of Riga municipal enterprise Rīgas Satiksme, ltd.
6.To provide SWOT analysis to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the company.
In the conclusion of the bachelor’s work, conclusions and suggestions are made and the results of the practical part are evaluated.
The work has 72 pages and contains 9 pictures, 17 tables, 30 formulas, 27 information sources and 6 appendixes.
