Inflācijas cēloņi Latvijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā autors pamato temata „inflācijas cēloņi Latvijā” aktualitāti, apskata inflācijas teorētiskos aspektus un analizē faktorus, kuri izraisīja pieprasījuma inflāciju un izmaksu inflāciju Latvijā. Galvenie secinājumi, ko izdara autors ir: Latvijā spēcīgu stimulu cenu pieaugumam deva iestāšanās ES, eiro kursa kāpums 2004. gadā, reālās darba samaksas pieaugums, kreditēšanas apjomu straujais pieaugums, resursu izmaksu kāpums, administratīvi regulējamo cenu kāpums un inflācijas gaidas. Autors izvirza priekšlikumus, kā apkarot inflāciju: jāpieņem bezdeficīta budžets, jāpiebremzē straujo kreditēšanas pieaugumu, jāveicina konkurenci iekšejā tirgū un jāstimulē eksportējošās nozares.

In this work author analyzes the reasons of inflation in Latvia. Firs of all, author pays attention to the theoretical aspects of inflation, then analyzes factors which cause demand-pull inflation and then analyzes factors which cause cost-push inflation. The main conclusions made by the author are: Latvia’s joining the European Union, the growth of euro exchange rate, the real growth of income level, expansion of loaning, the growth of resources prices, the growth of administratively controlled prices – all these factors were a strong stimulus for inflation. The main proposals made by author are: it is necessary to accept the sufficient budget, to suspend expansion of loaning, to stimulate a competition and export.
